My first meeting with my psychiatrist was fantastic, and getting set up with the telehealth platform and patient account was quick and easy. The only thing I think could have gone better would be getting more time to complete the pre-visit paperwork and patient history. I was not able to provide any of that information until 30 minutes prior to the appointment, which felt rushed and was probably not completed as thoroughly as it could have been. Otherwise, I’m happy with everything so far!
The therapist that we saw was absolutely incredible. Very validating and calming. The psychiatrist Melissa is condescending, demeaning. She made my girlfriend cry so hard she had to get a mental health evaluation at UC health after what she said. DO NOT SEE MELISSA she is a nurse practitioner for a reason!!
I was referred to a provider at LifeStance by my insurance and started my care, not knowing what to expect. I was seeing a provider in Loveland and I was feeling a little better, slowly making progress. My provider moved out of state so I was referred to a new provider within the LifeStance system. Dr Jensen is just the best. He listens intently and responds with good advice. Lifestance makes scheduling an appointment and checking in so seamless. I’m happy to be part of your practice!!
I’ve been under care by one of their physicians since July. I’ve had wonderful support and medical care With the convenience of zoom. I’ve already referred a friend and will continue to do so in the future.
