Very happy with this service. I had tried another but it just didn't feel right for me. David Payne is very personable, and professional. I was able to talk easily with him and his feedback was enlightening and helpful.
My spouse is the patient but I am responsible for her so I will comment. The most recent visit was a catch up visit due to so rather foul weather in the area. The new appointment was quickly offered with limited time lost and went off without a hitch. The desk staff are very patient , efficient and pleasant. They listen and suggest various options as needed. The medical staff is also very efficient, personable and proficient. They respect the privacy and are emotionally supportive in their practice. I dislike telehealth appointments as a rule. It always feels impersonal, cold, and awkward not being in the same room as the person I'm talking to about my health, especially mental health. But I was so happy with my appointment. I saw David Payne and he immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and listened to. He was able to understand what I was feeling and quickly came up with a plan to help me that fit into my current self care regimen. I couldn't recommend him enough!
I'm very happy that I found and chose Lifestance. Dr Brenda Smith is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and has been a true professional listening and understanding my situation and has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend Lifestance and Dr Brenda Smith to anyone who needs help. 👍👍
Dr. Reynolds is very knowledgeable, friendly and a great listener. She will ask questions directly related to the conversation and talk it through with you. She includes you concerning any changes that may help a patient. I’ve gone to several doctors and she is by far the best.
