This has been ongoing for 6 months......When I called to setup my appointment and when I checked in for the first time I provided them with an EPA number provided by employer coverage that would pay for services. Instead they billed my insurance. I have called several times to get this resolved. To reach the billing department I wait no less than 30 min to reach a representative, up to 45 min on hold. I have provided them with the EPA number several times. I have called the front desk and was told they would correct it.... read more

Brenda Smith is indeed the best doctor I have ever had. She actually listens to her patients instead of assuming and takes the time to explain. Along with making me feel comfortable in taking with her during the appointment. By far she gets a 5 star review!!!

My doctor is the best I honestly can say that I have never had a better doctor I'm always treated with respect kindness and understanding. And in a year with counseling and working on myself along with the right meds for me I've made significant progress. Couldn't ask for a better doctor

I recommend LifeStance highly! I have been treated with kindness, compassion and respect by everyone at the Fort Mitchell office. It means so very much, especially in ANY type of mental health care (actually ALL health care) to know that you are being cared for with kindness, compassion and respect. I absolutely love this place, they did me wonderfully and I just felt very understood and taken care of. It’s a nice and safe feeling environment and the staff seem very lovely! I’m so glad im here.
