Dr. Shah is wonderful. She is funny and caring for her patients. She knows and understands her patients at a whole different level. She’s quick to respond and very down to earth and easy going. Even though I’m no longer close to the Milford area I still see here because I wouldn’t want to switch.
I was given a referral to see Dr. Hawkins! I have so much Gratitude for that referral! If I could give her the highest compliment I would say trustworthiness and the consummate professional! I understand a lot about Severe PTSD, and the steps to healing can begin by having a Great Doctor! Dr. Megan Hawkins is a great start! I also see a therapist who works beautifully together with Dr. Hawkins!!! You will Always be in Amazing Hands under their care!!!
Update: Wanted to update to say they comment on this review asking for my information only to never follow up or respond, respond to my follow ups, or solve the issue. Really super terrible, seems there is really no way to get help from anyone at this company This is the worst therapist / billing experience I have ever had coming from someone who has tried many therapists and organizations. I give my doctor a 5 stars, but the office itself a zero. I hate that whenever I need to call, it takes forever to get thru. Messages are not relayed in a timely manner. I give my doctor a 5 and the office staff a zero!
Since joining LifeStance, my mental health has improved significantly. The prescriptions are always on time. My therapist actually listens to me and gives awesome feedback back.
