Cali Hall was very unprofessional on my initial telehealth visit on 10/6. It is 2 days later and the company still hasn’t reached out to me as far as an explanation for why she suddenly and intentionally hung up on me. In addition to this, they haven’t refunded the copay amount, as insurance should be billed either, no treatment or services were ever provided to me. Great service with nurturing hands on approach. Not too much over talking and analyzing but a lot of listening and genuine assistance. Allison and Callie are absolutely amazing people with hearts of Gold.

Easy to use, easy to setup. It walks you through the process and there’s always an operator available to help assist. The doctors and staff are very understanding and good listeners. They’re always willing to help.
