This is the worst therapist / billing experience I have ever had coming from someone who has tried many therapists and organizations. Office is extremely difficult to reach and only available by phone not email or text message and only available after extensive wait times. No one has cared to follow up about my billing issues. Sad to say would not recommend pretty disappointed overall. Hope they can improve in the future
Just started my return to seeing a therapist and psychiatrist medication person(??) after about 8 years. Took a couple cancelations on the other end, but the customer support was wonderful and incredibly helpful in helping me find both a replacement therapist and psychiatrist. The therapist has been incredibly helpful during my visits so far, and is different enough that it feels new, but similar enough to ones I've had that I'm comfortable. Since joining LifeStance, my mental health has improved significantly. The prescriptions are always on time. My therapist actually listens to me and gives awesome feedback back.
Dr Dipika Shah has been my Dr for several years now. She is very personable and has helped me very much. I feel I can be very open with her and I can trust her with any issues I am going through.
More interested in talking about politics instead of listening. My first experience with this clown doctor she got mad I am on probation. Why would a doctor shame you? Please get better as a human maybe McDonald’s would be a better profession for your nasty attitude! Place is decent but looks shut down from the outside.
