I like Dr. SHAW VERY MUCH. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and really cares about my wellbeing. Her office is very welcoming and has a lot of warmth to it I didn't have to wait long for my appointment time. The whole office was nice and clean.
Convenient Telehealth/Zoom meetings. Excellent, truly above average practitioners with excellent qualifications and education in their fields both Psychiatric and Psychological. Cali Hall was very unprofessional on my initial telehealth visit on 10/6. It is 2 days later and the company still hasn’t reached out to me as far as an explanation for why she suddenly and intentionally hung up on me. In addition to this, they haven’t refunded the copay amount, as insurance should be billed either, no treatment or services were ever provided to me. Easy to use, easy to setup. It walks you through the process and there’s always an operator available to help assist. The doctors and staff are very understanding and good listeners. They’re always willing to help.
