They make you wait 8-10 weeks before sending my refunded check in the mail due to “policy”. This company has actually increased my anxiety and made it worse. I would not recommend LifeStance. Update- waited the 8-10 weeks and still haven’t received anything.

I had a good experience with Lifestance. The scheduling was fast and convenient. The doctor was friendly and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend LifeStance to anyone who is searching for a doctor.

My psychiatrist, Shanna Darling, is by far the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. So caring, helpful and present. Never had a problem with the billing either

LifeStance has been life changing for me. I have a very busy life with 2 teenage kids and 1 really big kid that likes to be called Papa. Being able to have my monthly visits online is priceless for me. I can finally have 1/2 hour session. I love Susan Magorno. She has boosted my confidence and made me feel worth a whole lot more than my family makes me feel.

Today i met with Susan Magorno for the first time. She is a prescriber and took a detailed and thoughtful history of my current and past history of depression and anxiety. I’m a mental health provider and was impressed by her approach and thoroughness and kindness.
