I’ve been going to LifeStance for a little while now, and I had to switch to Dr. Cox after my previous doctor left. Unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been great. A patient shouldn’t have to go three days without their medication, especially after repeatedly requesting that it be sent to their local pharmacy. Showed up more than 15 minutes ahead of my appointment for a 4-6 hour long test. As you can imagine, that took a good amount of coordination with my employer. 11 minutes before the appointment start, while sitting in the lobby of the building, I received a cancellation text message. As of now it will be another month before I can get back on the schedule, and there has been no accommodation for wasting my time. I was given a phone number to call. I’ve been using LifeStance for the better part of 2 years using mental health services and medication management. When I’ve had issues, LifeStance was very helpful in meeting my needs as a patient first. Highly recommended for your mental health needs.
Great experience with LifeStance. I see Dr. Madni and she is intelligent, experienced, efficient, and kind. Easy to attend appointments, knowledgeable providers, and friendly staff. Their online portal is easy to navigate when you need to update patient information, refill scripts, communicate with your provider, or schedule an appointment. Would recommend working with them for any telehealth services.
