Firstly, I loved Dr. Magda while we worked together. She listened well and was open to trying new things for ADHD and other issues. I felt heard. However, Dr. Magda went on maternity leave. I was given multiple refills of meds to make sure I made it through the 5 months she was gone. When she returned, my October appointment was cancelled. I was told they couldn't get me in until February. At this point, I haven't seen my psychiatrist since May 2025. Found a therapist for adhd, I called and someone had me on speaker and could barely hear them after waiti g 20 minutes. The person I wanted to see was available first time, but not the next time I called hours later? In realty went to their web page and found they had only three therapists for the state of nc. On the webpage the person showed open to new clients? Most listed not accepting new clients. Please update the web page.
My first visit. My first Zoom. It was as well as any first on person visit I've had. And since it is an hour away, I feel like this could work very well for me. Also knowing that , if needed , in person can be arranged is reassuring. Thank you
Despite experiencing severe anxiety, I found immense comfort and relief in speaking with my psychiatrist. Although it took me years to make this decision, I assure you that you will not regret coming here.
Edit: I reduced my review from two stars to one star. It’s pretty easy to figure out what happened, who I am (I put my whole name on this review, you absolute doorknobs), where this happened, etc. Grow up, manage your practice, and stop trying to have your clients re-live traumatic experiences at the hands of your psychiatrists because *you’re* too lazy to put all of the available information together and investigate.
