Long message, summary is the company is horrible, and does not care about their patients. Every month issues with prescriptions leaving me without meds and in a dangerous position. Office unresponsive when you go without your medications and need help. To start with, multiple times they have ordered the wrong meds. On 11/26 I left a message for the raleigh Director, I asked for her to call me back. It’s been a week I’ve not received a call back. When you all make policies that are oblivious to the fact that people have lives, people have turbulence in their lives, but also people have things going on, which is the reason that they are here. I agree with other reviewers. The therapists at this practice may be wonderful but getting to them is made very difficult by incompetent practice management. I make medical and therapy appointments for all family members all the time and have never had any sort of practice to refuse to schedule an appointment before speaking to the patient. The patient shows up to the appointment and signs all sorts of documents and HIPPAA forms. Consent can be gained at that time, before treatment begins. After reading all the terribl... read more

My therapist seemed nice enough I met with her only once. I was referred here for a specific reason, front desk confirmed my needs could be met here and at the end of my first session my therapist informed me she wasn’t sure she could do what I was looking for since she was new with LifeStance, so she’d get back to me later that day. Never heard back, Waited a bit and reached out 2 days later and have yet to hear back. Understandable, ik I’m not the only patient.
