Edit: I reduced my review from two stars to one star. It’s pretty easy to figure out what happened, who I am (I put my whole name on this review, you absolute doorknobs), where this happened, etc. Grow up, manage your practice, and stop trying to have your clients re-live traumatic experiences at the hands of your psychiatrists because *you’re* too lazy to put all of the available information together and investigate. I really like LifeStance.the people are great and the facility is very nice. The reason I have deducted 2 stars is because of texts being sent during the week where they want you to answer all bunch of questions. I get at least 2 text messages wanting me to "check in." I really wish they would consider dumping these annoying text messages.
While I know navigating the healthcare land mines can be difficult, I have never found that to be true when working with Dr. Magda at LifeStance in Raleigh. She always responds to my messages within a business day or two. More than that, she truly cares about me as a patient, and not just as someone whose medication she needs to manage.
Looking forward to working with Hayley at LifeStance. She appears to be really concerned about the patients and is very friendly and attentive to what I had to say at our first virtual meeting.
Just had my initial visit for PTSD (Army Soldier), and it went really well! I felt that we were on the same page, and I'm confident the it was a great start to my ongoing treatment.
