Love Dr. Prasad. He has been my doctor for 2 years and is always very quick to respond to messages and can be reached basically any time which I don’t expect of anyone but am always so impressed with his commitment to being there for his patients and any kinds of questions one may have. I’ve even switched insurance to stay with him. Highly recommend!! Very gentle and kind as well.
Finally! So happy I’ve found an excellent doctor and experienced therapist after trying so many other pathways to disappointment. LifeStance clearly provides patients with skilled compassionate mental health providers. Highly recommended!
While the therapist was great, their billing department is a complete disaster. I've been stuck in a never ending cycle of incompetence with the simplest billing issues that they somehow cannot seem to resolve. There is zero accountability or follow up. Calling their billing department will consume countless hours of your time; a manager will never be available and they will never call you back. I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr. Carolyn Morin. She is not only highly knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. The doctors are great and I am grateful for the care they gave. The issue is that I've had 3 providers abruptly quit on me. Not "fire" me because I was a bad patient, they straight up quit working for Lifestance. Two of the providers were more open on sharing the why, and both said it was issues they had with how the company is run. They then guided me to their newly opened private practices to continue care, which is unrealistic for me to continue with as they were cash only.
