Finally! So happy I’ve found an excellent doctor and experienced therapist after trying so many other pathways to disappointment. LifeStance clearly provides patients with skilled compassionate mental health providers. Highly recommended!
While the therapist was great, their billing department is a complete disaster. I've been stuck in a never ending cycle of incompetence with the simplest billing issues that they somehow cannot seem to resolve. There is zero accountability or follow up. Calling their billing department will consume countless hours of your time; a manager will never be available and they will never call you back. Love Dr. Prasad. He has been my doctor for 2 years and is always very quick to respond to messages and can be reached basically any time which I don’t expect of anyone but am always so impressed with his commitment to being there for his patients and any kinds of questions one may have. I’ve even switched insurance to stay with him. Highly recommend!! Very gentle and kind as well.
