I was scheduled for an appt with a therapist and a couple days beforehand they cancelled and when I called to reschedule, they said she was no longer accepting new patients. And then my partner and I went in for a couples counseling session and checked in and said the name of the provider we came to see. They confirmed and asked us to sit down.
