Love Dr. Prasad. He has been my doctor for 2 years and is always very quick to respond to messages and can be reached basically any time which I don’t expect of anyone but am always so impressed with his commitment to being there for his patients and any kinds of questions one may have. I’ve even switched insurance to stay with him. Highly recommend!! Very gentle and kind as well.

This review is for Doctor Shayan Rad, who has been my virtual therapist for over a year. I had four other therapists before Doctor Rad and it is a fact that finding a good therapist is like dating - hits and misses. Well, Dr. Rad is an amazing therapist in every sense of the word. The doctors are great and I am grateful for the care they gave. The issue is that I've had 3 providers abruptly quit on me. Not "fire" me because I was a bad patient, they straight up quit working for Lifestance. Two of the providers were more open on sharing the why, and both said it was issues they had with how the company is run. They then guided me to their newly opened private practices to continue care, which is unrealistic for me to continue with as they were cash only.
