The telehealth and portal applications do not work properly. My first two visits (which I was forced to take 3 weeks apart), had technical difficulties which ruined half the time of the session. I looked online and complaints of these technical issues are years old, they have not cared to fix any of the problems. The therapist just says "I'm new here and don't control the portal or app". Noel Tapia is Great!! He made me feel comfortable from the beginning and now even more so. I’m glad I found him. KK
I'm upset but not surprised. I had an intake with a provider. Then I immediately found out she was leaving the practice. Now, they want me to pay for a second intake? How am I supposed to trust that the provider won't do the same thing and I'll have to pay for another intake?
Dr. Tapia is very cognizant of me as his patient and make’s sure that he is doing everything he can for me.
“Julie” called me regarding payment for an appointment I didn’t Even have yet. Couldn’t tell me how much I would be getting charged. Then when told her I didn’t have card on me that I would need to call back in 15 mins or so, she became even MORE rude and said needed to cancel my appointment since not paid 24 hours before… well my appointment was 26 hours away so I actually did have more time to call and give my info. Goodluck now! Definitely take your mental health elsewhere people!
