Was given no warning about a grad student sitting in. Treated rudely. Appointment started 30 minutes late yet was rushed out the door while hyperventilating and crying over how I was being spoken to. Told essentially by James Andriosis I was not going to be helped or get better and I am at fault for all of my problems. Rolled his eyes when discussing my past trauma and sexual assault. It’s always a pleasant experience! Despite being super busy I always feel welcomed by staff and always leave satisfied with the services provided. I love Jen she has a holistic approach to healing and I feel very comfortable with her! She provides me a safe and non judgmental place for me to work through past traumas and has helped me sort through some difficult emotions and gain clarity, thanks Jen!
