I started at this clinic because my anxiety had reached a point where I needed to explore medication options. I scheduled a psychiatric evaluation with Eric Meehan and went into that first appointment completely open, honest, and vulnerable. Was a little anxious going into counseling at first just because I had not so great experience before and so did my spouse. I actually picked Lex Reed because of what he placed in his profile and the flexibility of his schedule was convenient. Lex made us feel comfortable and I liked the fact that he listened to us patiently and we did not get the feeling of being ridiculed or judged. Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the woman who scheduled me but she was the most helpful, patient and understanding intake coordinator I have had the pleasure of speaking with. I was desperate and tearful when I called as Iwas in crisis mode and she took her time with me using a soothing voice, explaining the appointment and how everything works. I was so thankful that I was able to speak to someone who made me feel actually cared for.

At the beginning no issues and all seem to go well until I started getting charged for appts I didn't make and rescheduled appts on ones that were confirmed. Information not being replayed and too much information being sent to the wrong party.
