I love my therapist, Natasha Hill, and would follow her to any practice but everything else I’ve experienced with this practice has been less than I expected. The person who I spoke with when I first called to make an appointment acted like I was bothering him. He wasn’t the least bit friendly. How can a business whose very foundation is communication be so bad at it? You don't get to arbitrarily change appointment times, charge me a non show fee, then shrug and say I don't know when asked why. I'm so glad y'all have the time and energy for games, but I do not!
Natasha Hill very professional, personable and also “down to earth”! Listening to you, helping you and finding solutions as well as great in following up! She changed company and moved about 50-60minutes away…. Was able to find her at Lifestance in Virginia Beach so gladly drove today for my appointment!!
Called to discuss the billing and the lady I talked to was very rude and did not seem to care about me or my feelings, it’s a place that is suppose to help struggling people. Not add more weight of stress on our shoulders. My therapist stopped responding to me and basically ghosted me and when I asked to see a new provider they told me I couldn’t, even tho my insurance covers. Talk about claiming they help people only to add more stress and other unhappy matters into someone’s life already battling mental illness.
I have been told by my medical team at University of Virginia that I need to speak to someone about what's going on in my life but after reading the reviews it sounds like getting an appointment, getting your insurance approved is not a pleasant experience and I'm very disappointed because the professionals get Stella reviews so I don't know what's going on with your organization but hopefully you get it straightened out soon and if you do, please contact me.
