I’m learning a lot about myself. My Therapist is phenomenal and very helpful in helping me understand how to handle situations I may come in contact with or discuss with my therapist. Continue to hire the best therapist you can find.
The worst customer service, scheduling, billing, communication EVER. The only thing worth a rip is my actual healthcare provider, but everything about Lifestance as an organization is absolutely trash. You are not a person or even a patient… You are a cow and will be regarded as cattle.
Facility is clean and welcoming. Transitioning here from my last Dr. was a smooth and easy process. Dr. Taylor is an excellent physician that cares, leaves room to feel comfortable, and goes above and beyond in giving of his time and recommendations. Would highly recommend this organization if you are seeking help.
I have no opinion on the quality of the services provided by counselors, the therapist, etc. My post is to warn others: their fee structure and appointment cancelation policy are designed in a way that will hurt those who struggle with executive functioning skills. You can only cancel an appointment during business hours and via a phone call. Not through the app, email, or the messaging service they provide. There is no way to leave a voice message. I love my therapist, Natasha Hill, and would follow her to any practice but everything else I’ve experienced with this practice has been less than I expected. The person who I spoke with when I first called to make an appointment acted like I was bothering him. He wasn’t the least bit friendly. Then the person who called to confirm my appointment and tell me about a form they needed was all far from the kind of person who should be calling patients.
