So far so good. Was able to make an appointment fast for my daughter. Paperwork was easy, staff on phone were helpful, therapist was a great fit for my daughter. Overall very pleased with our experience.

Medical assistant had an attitude for no reason when I’m simply asking about confirmation of refills I need for critical medication. Had zero urgency and just said “I can’t guarantee it’ll come today” when it’s literally running out. Also asked them to send my info to a psychiatrist in the community where I go to school out of state, but had to go in circles about it - absolutely clueless. I was told that the provider I was seeing was not covered under my insurance, so I stated that I would be self pay and added my HSA card on file for billing. Every month, Life Stance would automatically withdraw charges for each of my sessions, and things were good or so I thought. After I discontinued services with them, I saw that records of these charges, except for one, were no longer visible; however none of the money that had previously been withdrawn was refunded to my HSA.
