Poor on all levels. The in-person therapy sessions for my son were less than 20 minutes sometimes less than 15 minutes and we paid for 1 hour sessions. The patient portal webite is extremely poor and holds no information. Expect to wait on hold for ages for customer support or billing issues. I am still trying to resolve an insurace and over charge issue 2 months down the line. Billing is opaque. They take money out of the card they have on file without notice. So far I felt the therapist was very thorough, friendly and easy to talk to. The website made it easy to initially book appointments based on my preferences.

Very easy process. Great customer service. No issues. Very professional.
Medical assistant had an attitude for no reason when I’m simply asking about confirmation of refills I need for critical medication. Had zero urgency and just said “I can’t guarantee it’ll come today” when it’s literally running out. Also asked them to send my info to a psychiatrist in the community where I go to school out of state, but had to go in circles about it - absolutely clueless.
