Do not go here. My experience with Andrew Trinh was miserable. He does no listen to what you're saying and just goes through his motions that he most likely does with every patient. Awful experience. $400 down the drain
The booking professional was attentive and thoughtful. Turns out I found my therapist to be an excellent match for my needs.
This was one of the most regrettable services I have every paid for. The therapist I had made no effort to connect with me, not even as much as eye contact. She started our session by looking down at her screen and reading off some questions… What’s my address, what’s my phone number, etc etc. She did not introduce herself, didn’t tell me her name, credentials, type of therapy she does, nothing. My visits with Pamela have been great! She creates a comfortable environment for me and I feel like I can talk to her about anything. She is helping me understand things I didn’t realize before. I am excited for this journey!
Just started with a new doctor whom I thought listened to what I knew was right for me and what was helping me the most and she continued with my other treatment plan prior to her, I just didn't think my prior doctor listened to me and I didn't think she really understood what I'm going through right now. I hope she continues working with me and helping me.
