Great interview experience! Looking forward to continuing treatment to maintain my mental health and felt like Grecia Delgado really heard me. I kind of info dumped on her to catch her up to pace with my current state of mind and brushed up on my treatments prior to being referred to LifeStance. All and all, it was a positive outcome and looking forward to the routine check-ins to keep my anxiety down and mental clarity going in the direction I need to be.
Dinal Raval, is not only kind but she's there for her patients. Mona is amazing I'm so happy with life stance for helping me through a hard time in my life. They treated me with kindness and that goes a long way. They do have emdr therapy for PTSD and other diagnosis.
We have found very good therapists at Life Stance. Finding one was fairly easy and making appointments has been a breeze.
