Great interview experience! Looking forward to continuing treatment to maintain my mental health and felt like Grecia Delgado really heard me. I kind of info dumped on her to catch her up to pace with my current state of mind and brushed up on my treatments prior to being referred to LifeStance. All and all, it was a positive outcome and looking forward to the routine check-ins to keep my anxiety down and mental clarity going in the direction I need to be.
My experience with both Erica and Lucy have been very positive thus far. It’s convenient for me online since I no longer drive. I’m looking forward to wherever this goes in my future treatment and otherwise.
I missed work for an appt with Jefferson and she never showed up, didn’t receive a call, email or anything. Horrible!
This was one of the most regrettable services I have every paid for. The therapist I had made no effort to connect with me, not even as much as eye contact. She started our session by looking down at her screen and reading off some questions… What’s my address, what’s my phone number, etc etc. She did not introduce herself, didn’t tell me her name, credentials, type of therapy she does, nothing. Highly recommended!! I have an AMAZING psychiatrist and therapist from LifeStance!! It was very easy to get connected to both! I thought I wouldn't really like seeing a therapist online, but I have had such a great experience with online therapy!! Also, I have the choice to see her in person if I want. They are super accommodating and services all around! The best therapist and psychiatrist I have EVER had!!
