I loved the therapist I picked. She was nice and she hel9ed me see something that I didn't relize before. We have things that she is going to help me work on and I am excited about the next appointment. I think I made a great choice and I am ready to work on myself. Can't wait to start this new chapter in my life for the better.
My five-star review reflected how I felt about my amazing therapist. I’m disappointed that the awful billing department leads me to change this review to one star. I stopped treatment in April and was appropriately charged through my HSA for each appointment. 3 months after I stopped treatment and 6 weeks after I moved, I get an outrageous bill! Well today was my first day. I have to tell you it felt weird to tell a stranger my whole life stories from the beginning and felt uncomfortable to cry in front of the therapist. She made me feel VERY comfortable and understood were I was coming from. She then made a plan for me to get back and find myself! I can’t wait to see where this journey of mine goes to REALLY find who I am as a person and understand my issues so I can get on top of them and live a healthier life for me!
Called for a price on a certification test. This test is $300 most places as it is a standard eval. Lifestance charges $280 for the visit (yay me!) and $0 to $3,000 for the testing! The receptionist couldn’t give more information than that. Yeah… no.
I absolutely loved my experience with Ms. Derby! Initially, I was a little nervous about going to my first appointment but Ms. Derby was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable! She is very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. I highly suggest Ms. Derby and New Heights Counseling services! You will be happy with your choice!!!
