They'll quickly charge a $75 fee to reschedule because they consider it a cancellation. They don't answer the phone for current customers but new customers are answered promptly. They have very poor customer service priorities if they want to retain clients. I had to get another office to message them to get them to call me back. I wish I could continue with my therapist since she was really good.
The appointment today was virtual and it went really well! The convenience of having a visit from home was awesome! Enjoyed my session with Danielle! She’s awesome 😎
I loved the therapist I picked. She was nice and she hel9ed me see something that I didn't relize before. We have things that she is going to help me work on and I am excited about the next appointment. I think I made a great choice and I am ready to work on myself. Can't wait to start this new chapter in my life for the better.
My five-star review reflected how I felt about my amazing therapist. I’m disappointed that the awful billing department leads me to change this review to one star. I stopped treatment in April and was appropriately charged through my HSA for each appointment. 3 months after I stopped treatment and 6 weeks after I moved, I get an outrageous bill! Well today was my first day. I have to tell you it felt weird to tell a stranger my whole life stories from the beginning and felt uncomfortable to cry in front of the therapist. She made me feel VERY comfortable and understood were I was coming from. She then made a plan for me to get back and find myself! I can’t wait to see where this journey of mine goes to REALLY find who I am as a person and understand my issues so I can get on top of them and live a healthier life for me!
