My sessions with Melissa are life changing. She is great at what she does, so patient, passionate and knowledgeable.
The appointment today was virtual and it went really well! The convenience of having a visit from home was awesome! Enjoyed my session with Danielle! She’s awesome 😎
I’m very pleased with the Sessions. She listens well and knows what questions to ask to help me open up.
They'll quickly charge a $75 fee to reschedule because they consider it a cancellation. They don't answer the phone for current customers but new customers are answered promptly. They have very poor customer service priorities if they want to retain clients. I had to get another office to message them to get them to call me back. I wish I could continue with my therapist since she was really good.
I loved the therapist I picked. She was nice and she hel9ed me see something that I didn't relize before. We have things that she is going to help me work on and I am excited about the next appointment. I think I made a great choice and I am ready to work on myself. Can't wait to start this new chapter in my life for the better.
