I felt very comfortable speaking with Jesenia today. She asked me a lot of questions and I also spoke with her about what I thought my issues may be. I felt. I got a lot out of it and have some tasks that I need to do to move in the right direction and focus on certain things. I definitely plan on having another meeting with her next week and weekly moving forward for a while. This was my first meeting I felt went very well and feel that I will have a good outcome at the end.

I’ve never done therapy before, and after recently going through something traumatic, I finally took the step to seek help. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been frustrating and deeply disheartening. I’ve now missed two therapy sessions due to ongoing issues with their Telehealth system. Each time, I tried calling for help, but no one was able to get me in touch with my assigned therapist. My therapist, Femy, is wonderful , and I've had a great experience with her. She has helped me tremendously over the years. Making an appointment and scheduling has been very easy, with Femy's help.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and timely. However, My therapist would schedule me for my next appointment during my visit but wouldn’t put it in the system. Most times, I had to text her to remind her of the ‘scheduled appointment’ and then she’ll add me. This happened 3 or 4 times. When we were meeting she was often doing what looked like house chores so it didn’t feel like she was paying attention to me.
