My therapist is wonderful. The billing department, and Lifestance as a company, is atrocious. We have been trying to get a billing issue fixed for TWO YEARS. They took away my financial aid because I was able to get on Medicaid, and then obstinately refused to code for the correct state when they filed claims with the insurance company. The first time or two, mistakes happen, but we have been fighting them on it for two years. Booking was easy , thorough, and organized , attentive to appointment options and therapist options
Great provider, but I should have read the reviews about billing prior to coming here. They have taken $100 total from me when EAP is supposed to be free so I had to cancel the card I have on file to avoid additional charges. They do not know how to bill EAP correctly and keep charging me erroneous copays that STILL have not been refunded after 8 months. It is impossible to speak to anyone to have anything resolved, and if you do speak to someone, they aren't the person who can resolve it. -100 out of 10
Easy to get to a person to help or book online. Clear instructions to do virtual visits and several locations. I just started but already liking the experience
My provider is excellent. Unfortunately, their billing team never returns phone calls or emails. I will have to file BBB complaint against them.
