I’ve never done therapy before, and after recently going through something traumatic, I finally took the step to seek help. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency has been frustrating and deeply disheartening. I’ve now missed two therapy sessions due to ongoing issues with their Telehealth system. I was able to get an appointment quickly and timely. However, My therapist would schedule me for my next appointment during my visit but wouldn’t put it in the system. Most times, I had to text her to remind her of the ‘scheduled appointment’ and then she’ll add me. This happened 3 or 4 times. When we were meeting she was often doing what looked like house chores so it didn’t feel like she was paying attention to me.

The Clark location has thin 🧱 walls... you can hear the next door/room session right through the wall! 😳 There is no receptionist... it's like your walking into the back room of a business where you don't belong... you can here all the sessions going on right from the waiting room too! I don't understand this place.
