Not very understanding. Attitude. Seen a therapist and psychiatrist and didn’t connect with either. Seems like they are there to just get paid not very caring. Went to my pcp got better results with them than the mental health professionals.

I had my first appointment today with the psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was very thorough getting my medical,mental health history. She was very professional and made me feel at ease.

As telehealth goes because I’m from the old school and generally go to the “in-person” route. I was very happy with the service provided. Melissa Maxwell, NP was kind, thorough and wanted to grab a better understanding of what was happening with me. It was great. And the technology end of it was easily manageable. Thanks Guys!

I love Dr Ernst and have been seeing him for years. Very easy to get into on an “urgent basis” and typically on time (to the best of his ability). Video visits made easy, if you go in person, the office is in a very nice, clean building
