As telehealth goes because I’m from the old school and generally go to the “in-person” route. I was very happy with the service provided. Melissa Maxwell, NP was kind, thorough and wanted to grab a better understanding of what was happening with me. It was great. And the technology end of it was easily manageable. Thanks Guys!

I love Dr Ernst and have been seeing him for years. Very easy to get into on an “urgent basis” and typically on time (to the best of his ability). Video visits made easy, if you go in person, the office is in a very nice, clean building

I had my first appointment today with the psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was very thorough getting my medical,mental health history. She was very professional and made me feel at ease.

My therapy isn’t me laying on a sofa and my therapist is sitting by with notebooks in her hand. Yesterday we discussed breathing exercises and anxiety issues. It is what you make of it and need. I look forward to next week.

I am being billed for a session that I should not be billed for. They told me to go online and set up my payment before the day of my appointment. Otherwise it would be canceled. I chose to not update my payment method. Therefore, my appointment should’ve been canceled and now they’re trying to charge me for my appointment. This is unfair
