Poor communication via office personal! No after hours contact able to help with cancellation of appointment then has the nerve to charge when they have limited ways to be reached! Doctor isn’t even certified to prescribe all medications!

I have been seeing Dr. Maxwell for about a year now and she has been very supportive and helpful prescribing my medications. She is easy to contact if I need to schedule appointments or get refills.
