I was scheduled to have an appointment at 8am only to show up to an absolutely empty office. Turns out they aren’t actually properly open - there is nobody in the office, and their phone call support is unavailable until 8:30am. But apparently a provider can still be in the office??? What a joke! I wasted an hour of my day to just leave and go back home. Additionally, they require monthly appointments, and they charge insurance roughly $600 per appointment for televisits with providers who aren’t even in California. Thanks... read more

First off I’m Dan’s wife . Every time I go on google his account pops up . I want to say How Helpful Dr. Ray was on my first visit . He was kind , he listened to me . I have had a lot of things happen to me as a child , don’t get me wrong I do not allow what happen define who I am . The booking process and therapy session were both easy, and the therapist was professional and thorough.
Found online, selected my NP, scheduled within a week. My NP was very compassionate and easy to talk to. Overall, I’m very happy.
