The providers are excellent, and the front office staff is friendly. Communication can be difficult—getting a call back often takes multiple attempts. The payment process, is especially frustrating. You’re required to pay your copay before the appointment, and if you can’t, you won’t be seen or you'll have to jump hoops to be seen. Stacy Salmonson was absolutely wonderful so easy to talk to. She is treating my husband for bipolar disorder and is willing to work with us to find the correct medication and the correct dose.
Some providers are great, but certain ones constantly cancel and tell you to reschedule AT the appointment time with no warning. Has definitely happened more than once.
Made an appointment checked with my insurance to confirm that I had coverage. On the day of the appointment I showed up and was informed they called my insurance and it wasn't covered so they canceled it. I was not informed they stated they left a voicemail but I have no record of this.
Ashlei, my therapist, is patient, caring, and extremely supportive. She has made a huge impact in my life, and I highly recommend her. Her intuition on my needs are spot-on. I can’t say much about the rest of the practice, but if they are anywhere near the same caliber, then they must be outstanding.
