The providers are excellent, and the front office staff is friendly. Communication can be difficult—getting a call back often takes multiple attempts. The payment process, is especially frustrating. You’re required to pay your copay before the appointment, and if you can’t, you won’t be seen or you'll have to jump hoops to be seen. Ashlei, my therapist, is patient, caring, and extremely supportive. She has made a huge impact in my life, and I highly recommend her. Her intuition on my needs are spot-on. I can’t say much about the rest of the practice, but if they are anywhere near the same caliber, then they must be outstanding.

Some providers are great, but certain ones constantly cancel and tell you to reschedule AT the appointment time with no warning. Has definitely happened more than once.

Definitely one of the greatest experiences I've had with a therapist in a long time! Christa is very kind understanding and listens she has been very helpful and knowledgeable of my situation and I couldn't be more grateful for her and the whole Lifestance team!

The only appointment available for me after discharge from Highlands Behavioral Health was 3 weeks out to be seen by a psychiatrist and a therapist when the recommendation for follow up is 7-10 days after discharge. Thankfully I already had providers set up in my area as I live 5 hours from the mental hospital.
