I havent had any real problems here! I see Chyenne every 2 weeks and she's amazing! Im not sure about any of the rest of the company, but my therapist is amazing and kind and such a good listener. She gives great advice and helps me feel seen. The receptionists are always polite and prompt, they dont drag their feet or waste my time. Overall a great experience.
My therapist was excellent. Unfortunately, the cancellation policy is ridiculous. I called at 12 on Friday to cancel a Tuesday morning appointment and they said I'd be charged $100.00 . Disappointing business!

Lifestance was recommended to me by a friend, and it was so easy and convenient to find a therapist who was a good fit for me, and schedule appointments, upload documents, etc. Nicole Komenda has been a fantastic support for me as I navigated divorce after a 24 year marriage. She truly helped me so much in getting back on my feet and back in touch with who I am. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
I have been seeing Lori Goldman for sometime, she is the BEST therapist I have been to. She uses many different techniques to help me with my PTSD. Lori is a great listener and makes me very comfortable in discussing any issues I may encountered. She plans every visit and make sure there is some sort of activity to engage me. I am so happy I have found her cause she's truly making a difference in my life. I highly recommend Lori Goldman she is GREAT!!!!
