I am referring to my therapist specifically. She is intuitive, offers insightful advice and a good match. If the one you have doesn't fit, they have other therapists to choose from. LifeStance staff in general are supportive. They helped me with insurance and prescriptions benefits I was entitled to. Their telehealth video sessions have improved quality.

I can't recommend Life stance enough. They are all so nice, very helpful and I love my therapist. She never made me feel rushed. She listened and made me feel comfortable. If you are looking for someone to talk too... I would absolutely recommend them.

This has been a great resource for mental health. They have a vast number of therapists so there are many choices among whom you can find a person you really connect with, as well as find a person for your scheduling needs. Whenever I have to call in, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I've had a really good experience with my providers.
