I booked an appointment a few weeks in advance to make sure my schedule would coordinate with the therapist. I was scheduled for an initial appointment and then a follow up the week after that. I checked my emails to see what time my appointment was at the day of the appointment.Only to find out I had been canceled via email stating therapist is no longer taking patients and was left like that no phone call to help me find another match at all. I am referring to my therapist specifically. She is intuitive, offers insightful advice and a good match. If the one you have doesn't fit, they have other therapists to choose from. LifeStance staff in general are supportive. They helped me with insurance and prescriptions benefits I was entitled to. Their telehealth video sessions have improved quality.
I was so nervous to reach out for help. Then I came upon this place that has really made it easy. I feel comfortable and that’s a big thing for someone who has not reached out for help and things are so messed it seems, and to have a comfort feeling right away, it was just life changing I feel. I thank you guys from bottom of my heart.
I can't recommend Life stance enough. They are all so nice, very helpful and I love my therapist. She never made me feel rushed. She listened and made me feel comfortable. If you are looking for someone to talk too... I would absolutely recommend them.
This has been a great resource for mental health. They have a vast number of therapists so there are many choices among whom you can find a person you really connect with, as well as find a person for your scheduling needs. Whenever I have to call in, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I've had a really good experience with my providers.
