My provider is always willing to answer questions and consistently and thoroughly assesses my mood and evaluates the effectiveness of my treatment. She addresses all of my concerns and trouble shoots any concerns with me.
My provider was late to refill one of my prescriptions, so I had to go a week without my medicine. Then, she didn't show up for my appointment. It was especially frustrating that she didn't show up because I didn't get an email or a call saying that the appointment was cancelled.
