It was easy to book an appointment convenient to me. The initial intake, on-line was simple and brief, but also comprehensive (well designed). The phone contact was professional. The office was clean and modern. Most importantly, the medical professional was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and able to address my needs and concerns.

I booked an appointment a few weeks in advance to make sure my schedule would coordinate with the therapist. I was scheduled for an initial appointment and then a follow up the week after that. I checked my emails to see what time my appointment was at the day of the appointment.Only to find out I had been canceled via email stating therapist is no longer taking patients and was left like that no phone call to help me find another match at all. I am referring to my therapist specifically. She is intuitive, offers insightful advice and a good match. If the one you have doesn't fit, they have other therapists to choose from. LifeStance staff in general are supportive. They helped me with insurance and prescriptions benefits I was entitled to. Their telehealth video sessions have improved quality.

I can't recommend Life stance enough. They are all so nice, very helpful and I love my therapist. She never made me feel rushed. She listened and made me feel comfortable. If you are looking for someone to talk too... I would absolutely recommend them.
