My family and I have thoroughly appreciated and benefited from Tamika Manson's services over many years. She gets 5 stars from us! After 2 visits with Samuel Assam I feel like my aunt is finally getting the help she truly needs. I feel he listens to her as well as her family about the care she wants and they feel she truly needs . Thank you

I called to make an appointment for my daughter to see a therapist. My daughter has bcbs ppo (primary) and bc community health/medicaid (secondary). The male rep said she can't be seen due to having medicaid, they don'taccept medicaid. Dude, that's her secondary, he said their system verifies all insurance under the person's name and they would have caught that and would have canceled the appointment. This sounds like bull!!! Whatever!!!

One of the worst places we been to… the billing is horrible. I have called numerous times no one calls you back the office just says we will email billing to call you back but never happens. 3 visits was bill over $500 out of pocket my insurance has yet to even be billed 3 months later. According to blue cross my cost should have been $14 a visit.
