Terrible experience. After years of struggling with mental health i finally convinced myself to go back to therapy and had a 9am appointment with melissa long got there at 8:45 sat there till about 9:50 with nobody at the front desk or any help or assistance from anyone. Melissa arrived at 9:50 and told me that she was not aware she had a 9am appointment with me and did not even know my name and attempted to reschedule me after already sitting there for an hour.
