Dana Reeves is an excellent therapist. And there is never any wait. She takes you promptly at the time that you were scheduled to see her. In addition, the office staff are always pleasant and are eager to help whenever assistance is needed.
Provider Ayshea Beswick, Psychiatric NP, from Lifestance refused to provide me with a post hospital discharge follow up from Mount Sinai, forcing me to attend an IOP program instead. Despite being told by my treating hospital doctors I was stabilized. Hospital physicians in charge of my care, including myself initiated a conference call to secure appointment with Ms. Beswick until IOP follow up was in place.
