The Garden City location offers a streamlined system for booking, check-in, and payment. Receiving appointment reminders with 1-click links to check in is so refreshing. And when I arrive, there’s never a full waiting area (generally 1 person waiting or no one at all) which gives me a moment to quietly decompress before going in. Really thoughtful system.
I called before hand to see if my health insurance is accepted. They said yes. But I was charged for $85.00 for a virtual visit with a NP that I didn't even fully see due to technical difficulties. In my android, & iPad they thought their official website was a virus, so I had to keep changing the settings so the audio could go through. Sometimes the PA could hear me, but I couldn't, vice versa. I wish the agency could use WebEx, Zoom, or Google meet because I have no problems with those services. LifeStance is a lifesaver. Especially for people who might not be able to attend sessions in person or don't want to. Everyone there has been nothing but professional and truly interested in helping with mental health issues. So grateful for LifeStance.
The best thing about them is that easiness to schedule an appointment as soon as possible which makes me surprised why alot of other facilities have a huge difficulty to do the same.
I was in dire need of a Therapist. I have found that’s not an easy undertaking. I was able to secure an appointment , in person The young ladies I spoke to were very helpful They assisted me with all the particulars. This particular location ( garden city).. is easily accessible. The office itself is meticulously kept. When I arrived a young lady checked me( the paperwork has to be completed on line). There after I met with the Therapist.
