I only have experience with one of their therapists... my experience has been life changing in a very positive way. Im so grateful for their help and understanding!
The booking experience was nice and easy. The couples counselor, Misha, is exceptional. Her ability to empathize with both of our points of view, her intuition about the issues at hand and the root causes and the tools she teaches to get through them have been a very rewarding experience. Highly recommend this place and that therapist.
They canceled the first appointment the day before and they told me they had no idea when the next availability would be. One would think that if they called me to cancel last minute, they would have another appointment I could go to. It seems very unprofessional to have the person that makes appointments not know when another appointment would be available. When you have to book 3-4 weeks in advance it's extremely frustrating that I now have to find another provider and start the process over.
Sandra is the best. She is kind and makes me think about things in such a constructive way.
I love lifestance so much! They have really been helping me through some very rough times.
