I think that it is important to point out how amazing my experience with lifestance has been thus far. After a bout of bad luck with previous providers, Dr. Kimn has been attentive, understanding, knowledgeable and consistent. I reached out to address my excoriation issue and that has since been resolved. I’ve also met with one of their therapists and she was lovely as well. I’m super grateful and I recommend him and lifestance 100%.

The space at the Marina del Rey location is fresh and calming. The receptionists are very friendly.

I logged on to my intake appointment with my provider after waiting for it for weeks, and after 15 minutes of her not showing up I called the customer service number. Apparently, she had an emergency and was out of the office, but no one bothered to contact me so I wasted my time. I rescheduled my appointment for a few days later with the first available clinician. My doc- is the best. He listens, he understands, he's compassionate, and yet professional all rolled up to 1. I've had problems w/a P-DOC that I could vibe with (other than LifeStance), came across this health provider, looked at pix. and immediately felt he was the one. I was right. Portal is simple, communication (I'm big on this) is easy and they treat you with such respect.
