My partners first time last week, going this week to complete his assessment. I’m very pleased with Dr. Ky Lee. My partner as well was very happy. He felt comfortable with him which blew my mind with me! his illness is not easy to handle!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIFE STANCE! They listen & know their stuff, it it took me 6 years to find an in person visit!
We had an absolutely awful experience with Lifestance and I would advise everyone to find a locally operated private clinic over this corporate chaos. First the telehealth provider was extremely condescending, but we agreed to meet in person at the Tualatin clinic. We had multiple email and text confirmations for this appointment, but when we arrived the office was closed. They then sent a bill for a No Show Fee for the appointment that we DID show to but they were closed!! I called to explain and get this sorted but aft... read more

But the Dr. was nice and just doing his job and my dad is a Dr. so I’m trying not to be biased and listening to my parents whom I both trust and love eternally loop blink wink repeat don’t blink loop laugh wink3 I feel like we collectively can do better than 2 stars if you agree that’s safe and best if we value humans ?
I am heard, respected, encouraged and empowered to make my own choices. I have been going there since I returned to my job after a leave. I am so grateful for video visits. They can actually protect the honesty and integrity of an individual with a disability and in a protected class.
Was very happy on my evaluation. I know we are on the same page about my mental and physical health. Will be staying with Dr Lee.
