Lifestance was a pretty bad experience. I was referred here and it took several calls to find a therapist, including a 30 min wait. The therapist was alright, but I got the impression that they didn't take me seriously. My second appointment I sat in the waiting room for an hour and I got billed for it. Kinda frustrating after I've had four therapists in the past year and a half due to circumstances beyond my control.

I can’t speak highly enough of the services I have received!! I have been in counseling for years and this is the first time I can see and feel such progress. My counselor is amazing. She suggests steps to take for different situations. She listens and reminds me of actions I can take and then encourages me when she sees me growing through my changes! It has been a wonderful experience.

Finding a good therapist can be overwhelming and stressful when you already feel overwhelmed and stressed by life. My experience has been so easy at LifeStance. They matched me quickly with a therapist that specializes in the areas I asked for. I have been so grateful for my therapist, Marina. She has dramatically helped me improve my life. I honestly would recommend LifeStance to anyone.

Working with my counselor through LifeStance. has provided me with so many helpful conversations and given me the tools to work through things I struggle with in a way that works for me. The people I have encountered that work with LifeStance have always been very kind, very helpful, and very thorough. I would happily recommend them to anyone!
