I've had nothing but good experiences with LifeStance so far. I see two different providers there that I feel like truly care about your health and well being. They have recommended testing that I hope to be very valuable in my journey moving forward.
I called to get connected to session and was on hold for twenty minutes so was transferred to someone outside of the office to help. I got set up, made my copay and then the Therapist never joined Telehealth session. When I came back the phone message said office was closed. I sent a message asking my copay be refunded but have not heard back yet.
I would not give this place any stars if I wasn’t required. Worse experience here . I’m not going to right a book here , I will point out a few things why I would not recommend this place . First visit beginning of session therapist is telling me to leave my husband. Same day same session ending with her telling me not too leave my husband. I’m so confused when I walk out . I had a terrible experience with Victoria Stoklosa-Caldwell during marriage counseling. Instead of professional guidance, I felt unheard and disregarded for expressing my intentions to return to my career and that being a stay at home mom with zero financial support from my husband was putting a toll on me. Rather than helping us resolve our issues, the therapist made insulting comments, suggesting that I ‘get a night shift at McDonald’s’ because I wanted to work. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Durr and feel compelled to share my concerns with potential new patients. I waited over 30 minutes in the waiting area, and neither the receptionist nor Dr. Durr informed me she was running late. When Dr. Durr came to retrieve me, she grabbed a piece of candy from the receptionist’s desk and continued sucking on it during our session, which I found highly unprofessional.
