I adore my therapist. She's a good fit for what I'm going through. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. The process to initially have a therapist was easy too. The online check-in is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend LifeStance therapists.
Dr. Durr is truly an amazing psychiatrist! She genuinely listens, is incredibly compassionate, and always makes me feel heard and understood. I can tell she truly cares about her patients, and her kindness shines through in every session. Dr. Durr is incredibly supportive and very understanding. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and truly cares about her patients. I’m grateful for having her helping me and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatrist.
Worse company I ever dealt with numerous phone calls, one said they can't take my son because he has medicaid as secondary insurance primary Etna I'd have to cancel medicaid someone else from there says that's not true so I went there for the appointment and it was a waste of my time. This company will be reported to the attorney General, don't walk away run away from this ignorant company.
This place is only good if you need a therapist! This place is where my therapist is/was and i think shes a great person. Robyn Markham she helped me a lot. The issues i have is with the psychiatric side of things. I never really had a problem with them until my last appointment. I sat waiting for over and hour! i signed into the waiting room with my laptop and after 20 mintues of waiting i called the office and they sent me a new link and said to use my phone.
