I adore my therapist. She's a good fit for what I'm going through. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. The process to initially have a therapist was easy too. The online check-in is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend LifeStance therapists.
Dr. Durr is incredibly supportive and very understanding. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and truly cares about her patients. I’m grateful for having her helping me and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatrist.
The worst experience ever. The therapist, whose name is Karolyn Webster made my daughter upset and instead of treating her she made her sick. I had an appointment yesterday. I scheduled this appointment four weeks ago, and it was supposed to be in person, as my daughter hates Zoom or virtual meetings. We would rather cancel the appointment than do a Zoom call. Worse company I ever dealt with numerous phone calls, one said they can't take my son because he has medicaid as secondary insurance primary Etna I'd have to cancel medicaid someone else from there says that's not true so I went there for the appointment and it was a waste of my time. This company will be reported to the attorney General, don't walk away run away from this ignorant company.
Dr. Durr is truly an amazing psychiatrist! She genuinely listens, is incredibly compassionate, and always makes me feel heard and understood. I can tell she truly cares about her patients, and her kindness shines through in every session.
