Lousy experience, lack of professionalism. The visit with my provider was odd; we looked at the symptoms of a mental illness and talked about each symptom and why I might have it. I was then diagnosed with the mental illness. Clinicians shouldn't diagnose in the first session, especially not such a serious mental illness that can often look like other things or have comorbidities. I've had nothing but good experiences with LifeStance so far. I see two different providers there that I feel like truly care about your health and well being. They have recommended testing that I hope to be very valuable in my journey moving forward.
My experience went very well! Dr. Baxter listened and really seemed to care about my issues and how we could fix them. I really appreciate the time she spent with me and hopefully I’m on my way to feeling better!
I was pleased with the person(s) handling my issue. They were attentive to my needs and understood my situation. The NP was attentive to my needs and responded in a most positive way. Thank You!
I called to get connected to session and was on hold for twenty minutes so was transferred to someone outside of the office to help. I got set up, made my copay and then the Therapist never joined Telehealth session. When I came back the phone message said office was closed. I sent a message asking my copay be refunded but have not heard back yet.
