Too many hidden fees. They charge a 100 fee to reschedule two days before. The psych nps are not accessible after hours. If you have a mental illness that requires any kind of flexibility, I wouls go elsewhere.
Lisa R is a great therapist who connects with me easily and gives me great advice for coping mechanisms. She is funny and easy to get along with, she is honest and does not sugar coat anything which I love but she is still very very kind.
I’m writing this as a husband. My wife called LifeStance Health to reschedule due to a family issue and was laughed at and pressured to share personal details—completely unacceptable for a mental health provider. For someone who already struggles with anxiety and fears being judged, this could have been her breaking point. A supervisor followed up, but focused more on keeping her as a customer than addressing what happened. This is not a safe or respectful environment for people seeking help.
I adore my therapist. She's a good fit for what I'm going through. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. The process to initially have a therapist was easy too. The online check-in is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend LifeStance therapists.
Dr. Durr is truly an amazing psychiatrist! She genuinely listens, is incredibly compassionate, and always makes me feel heard and understood. I can tell she truly cares about her patients, and her kindness shines through in every session. I actually look forward to my appointments because I know I’ll leave feeling supported and encouraged—it’s like my much-needed dose of positivity and clarity.
