Dr. Durr is truly an amazing psychiatrist! She genuinely listens, is incredibly compassionate, and always makes me feel heard and understood. This place is only good if you need a therapist! This place is where my therapist is/was and i think shes a great person. Robyn Markham she helped me a lot. The issues i have is with the psychiatric side of things. I never really had a problem with them until my last appointment. I sat waiting for over and hour! i signed into the waiting room with my laptop and after 20 mintues of waiting i called the office and they sent me a new link and said to use my phone. I made an appointment but they require you to put a credit card on file before allowing you to see someone. To me that is VERY suspicious. Ive NEVER had to make an appointment that required a credit card to be kept. I did not put one on file so it was cancelled. I am very uncomfortable with that policy. I made my husband an appointment with a different facility and they did not require a credit card to be put on file. Shady business here imo.
Dr. Alexandra Baxter is absolutely 💯 amazing. We never feel rushed, she answers all our questions with care and thoughtfulness. We are so happy with her. She really cares about her patients.
Lousy experience, lack of professionalism. The visit with my provider was odd; we looked at the symptoms of a mental illness and talked about each symptom and why I might have it. I was then diagnosed with the mental illness. Clinicians shouldn't diagnose in the first session, especially not such a serious mental illness that can often look like other things or have comorbidities. While I understand the concept of a "working diagnosis", this is not responsible for a diagnosis that is hard to eliminate from medical charts. W... read more
