Always 5 star. Dr Tran is great. She focuses on communication and treatment plans. The staff is equally great. They are nice and helpful. In some instances you can see your doctor over the computer or phone. This is convenient especially for individuals who are disabled or have a fear of going out. Overall 1 million out of 10👍👍
Appointments are always on time. Anna Tran cares about the patients as a person which is rare these days. She asks question to find root causes and does not push prescriptions. Anna will give suggestions to help medication work more effectively. Can't say enough great things about her great care.
Ann Tran is very devoted and her attention to detail is amazing. Her help getting my medications correct has been nothing short of life changing. Highly recommend her!
Been using lifestance for probably 3+ years. They have consistently went downhill, but it is getting ridiculous. Very difficult to receive communication, have been trying to refill my mediciation for 7 full days now. Multiple requests in the online portal, multiple calls to the office. No explanation as to why it was not sent to another provider while my Doctor was out of office. This is a reoccurring issue with any and all of my medications.
