I saw Anna Tran for several months. I do believe she tried and applied her professional knowledge during our appointments. But she was consistently late. She doesn't respond to the portal or emails. I'm finally leaving a review because I found out I've been taking my med incorrectly for 2 months. I never received any details in the appointment, just a prescription update from my pharmacist. I always have a great experience, I’ve been with them since I was 13 and I’m 20 now! Dr. Rachel Kranz is an amazing psychiatrist and the women in the office are always so sweet and I always feel welcomed!

Great psychiatrist, I visited Anna Tran and told her how my mom has had suspicions I am autistic since I was a child, and Dr. Tran gave me details on what the test would be and how to set it up. I would highly recommend Lifestance and Dr. Anna Tran specifically.

I absolutely love Dr Hill. She truly cares about your mental and physical well-being. She works with you until you find the right med combo that works for you. She's quick to answer messages and sends scripts in the same day you message her. Reception staff and nurses, also amazing! They truly care. If you call with an issue they will send your Dr a message immediately so you get whatever your need is taken care of right away. I'm sure the other Dr's are good but Dr Michelle Hill is exceptional!

I've always had a positive experience at LifeStance Health. I have a wonderful physician and the staff are always friendly and kind. If you call or send a message with a need or question it's promptly addressed.
