Dr. Hill is great! She's always friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Scheduling appointments are simple and Dr. Hill is always flexible when setting up meetings. The LifeStance portal works very well for quick messaging as well as making online payments. Over all great experience.

I met with Anna Tran. The biggest issue was she discussed my personal medication in the waiting room. This is malpractice as it’s a violation of confidentially discussing medication in front of other patients. She was an hour late to see me. She wasn’t wearing shoes when we met or as she walked around the office. She ordered over $3,000 in labs and I haven’t heard back about them weeks later. Couldn't do a Tele health call as the system had my phone number in a drop down with the first 6 numbers were X and I couldn't change it. I called the office, they were closed, I sent a message. The only message I got from my doctor was a bill

I absolutely love Dr Hill. She truly cares about your mental and physical well-being. She works with you until you find the right med combo that works for you. She's quick to answer messages and sends scripts in the same day you message her. Reception staff and nurses, also amazing! They truly care. If you call with an issue they will send your Dr a message immediately so you get whatever your need is taken care of right away. I'm sure the other Dr's are good but Dr Michelle Hill is exceptional!
