The provider was great. The Lifestance organization is not. They have a ridiculous cancellation policy. They will charge you if you do not reschedule or cancel an appointment 2 working days before the appointment. I paid $75 more than once because I did t know I would be unavailable so early. If you have a Monday appointment, you have to call them on Wednesday, maybe Thursday early. So if you get ill or an emergency comes up on Friday through Sunday you will be billed. Dr. Fondriest has helped me tremendously. My medications are spot on. I feel better than I have for years. It’s so nice to have a doctor who understands my situation and health.
From my initial phone call, I have been very pleased with the care I am receiving at LifeStance. The LifeStance app is also very user-friendly for communicating with my doctor and counselor.
I scheduled an appointment with a provider for services they advertised and was looking forward to speaking with them regarding my medications and treatments. 3 days before my scheduled appointment I get a voicemail stating that the provider I scheduled with was “not seeing patients with ADHD concerns at this time” if that’s the case then why wasn’t there any indication of that when I made the appointment? Additionally, ADHD is part of my medical history but the specific management of it wasn’t the main reason I made the app... read more
