I love my provider, Kendra, as well as the team up front! Whether in person or on the phone, I’m always greeted with a smile and great attitude. They’ve all been so helpful and I highly recommend!!
The provider was great. The Lifestance organization is not. They have a ridiculous cancellation policy. They will charge you if you do not reschedule or cancel an appointment 2 working days before the appointment. I paid $75 more than once because I did t know I would be unavailable so early. If you have a Monday appointment, you have to call them on Wednesday, maybe Thursday early. So if you get ill or an emergency comes up on Friday through Sunday you will be billed. Dr. Fondriest has helped me tremendously. My medications are spot on. I feel better than I have for years. It’s so nice to have a doctor who understands my situation and health.
Life changer. Tiffany figured out what was wrong with me after I had gone through months of testing elsewhere. She really listens, is very patient, and is very involved with ensuring the medications start off slow and are well-observed.
