From my initial phone call, I have been very pleased with the care I am receiving at LifeStance. The LifeStance app is also very user-friendly for communicating with my doctor and counselor.
I scheduled an appointment with a provider for services they advertised and was looking forward to speaking with them regarding my medications and treatments. 3 days before my scheduled appointment I get a voicemail stating that the provider I scheduled with was “not seeing patients with ADHD concerns at this time” if that’s the case then why wasn’t there any indication of that when I made the appointment? The care and experience at Lifestance with Dr. Fondriest has been outstanding. My sleep cycle has improved, and with treatment and counseling I should continue to improve daily. Merry Christmas Dr. Fondriest and entire staff.
I was a patient at this practice for several years. Nothing about it was fantastic, but I liked my therapist enough to keep me there for a while. Unfortunately, she left the practice, and I was pushed to another therapist. I won't list his name, but I had 2 appointments with him (one an introductory meet/greet & one single regular session) In this regular session he said the Holocaust was "okay" and basically talked for 98% of the time. I know he was trying to prove a point by saying "everything" is technically "okay"... but... read more
