Called to reschedule my appointment and the woman who answered my call was extremely rude and disrespectful. Mind you… it was 8:42 in the morning. I no longer wish to be seen here. Whoever works at the front desk taking calls, should try their best to greet everyone professionally. Being met with attitude when I did absolutely nothing wrong is NOT okay! Especially when I am calling because I am dealing with my own personal problems and I’m wishing to get some help!!!
I'll never use your services again. Ongoing issue of having to struggle with the billing team to not charge me incorrectly for substance abuse when I just came in for mental health help with no explanation of why. The person on the billing team was extremely rude, and I've called for 3 weeks straight and no one has given me an explanation. I was told to call my insurance company today. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Billed me incorrectly. Spent an insane amount of time on the phone waiting to cancel an appointment. The cancellation policy is ridiculous. If you are going to refuse to pick up the phone, have an option to cancel online and fix your incompetent billing team. Don't recommend.
I love my provider, Kendra, as well as the team up front! Whether in person or on the phone, I’m always greeted with a smile and great attitude. They’ve all been so helpful and I highly recommend!!
Megan is professional, engaging, friendly and listens well. She understands how my chronic pain is causing me anxiety and depression within me. I’ll look forward to counseling with her on a regular basis.
