I've been seeing my provider, Jennifer Novak, for almost a year, and she has truly been wonderful throughout a difficult time in which I needed support. She is extremely empathetic and helpful, and I feel that I am in good hands with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking treatment. Intake coordinator Jessy F IS AMAZING!!!!! I had to call three times before I got Jessy, she was extremely helpful and unlike the other 2 individuals I spoke too she was able to get my first apt virtually (currently in a cast) which was amazingm she was also able to workout the "issue" with my insurance provider.
Two providers in a row who tried gaslighting me into thinking I'm schizophrenic simply because there's a celebrity element to my life. Two providers in a row who tried their hardest to convince me that I'm delusional when I'm not. And now a long road ahead of me getting off of the antipsychotics they had me on, that I should not have been on in the first place. I could not recommend this company less.
Madison is amazing! I feel so heard by her and she takes time to really get to know you and always makes sure to write down important information. At first, I was nervous to get another psychiatrist. I was so anxious about it but the receptionists who helped me out; picking a virtual appointment, choosing a psychiatrist, answering any questions, and made the whole process so easy, they’re always so sweet and one lady had helped me change my last name that was on file.
