Overall, my experience was very good. Provider's were on time and were very professional. Anytime I’ve had questions they’ve I needed a med refill giving me answers in a timely manner through the patient portal. My only complaint is they text you three times before your appointment and make you check in for your appointment, each time asking the same information a little redundant, but not a dealbreaker.

Christina M. is absolutely the BEST of the BEST! I cannot describe what an impact therapy with her has been. I’ve gone through therapy several times in my life and lost all interest due to dull personality therapist’s, unprofessional therapist’s, and unavailable therapist’s. Terrible admin staff! Like the worst experience you could: clunky systems, no one calls you back, dysfunctional billing. I was erroneously charged a no-show fee for an appointment I didn't make (after being told by a provider I had an appointment for another day, which was wrong and he didn't show up). Got the run-around many times from admin / billing people over the phone and they refuse to refund me! I didn't make this appointment, I didn't want it, and they charged my card on file anyway! Dr Vigillante he’s a great doctor he listens to me. He offers recommendations and suggestions, that are very logical and very easy to follow instructions. I completely agree with his recommendations he he he seems to completely understand why and my situation and I can’t say anything more better about this doctor. He’s a great doctor.

Finding Lifestance and dr Jonathan Ni has been a huge blessing to me ! Dr Ni is so knowledgeable about medications and has a very positive personality that couldn’t be more comforting! The staff at this office Denise , Melia and Jordy make such a difference as they work so hard to help,the patients in every way possible !
