LifeStance has a great Clinical Staff, my Medication Manager is terrific helping me with my meds and when reducing the amount so to stop using them. If you have any questions contacting her is very easy to do. Also my Therapist was great, at this time I am no longer needing any Therapy for the purpose I started with. In the near future I will continue to contact LifeStance, they were so helpful with all I have needed and I surely will be happy when I address another issues I am preparing to start.
Fee after fee after fee for everything you could imagine. Tried to get my daughter set up for therapy and had to cancel once I got their paperwork with all the weird crazy cancelation rules. Life happens, not always with 48 hours heads up...especially with kids. Some more flexibility would have been appreciated.
It was my initial visit and the NP I was connected to was very friendly and answered all of my questions. She explained in detail my plan and I left feeling very confident in what she has planned for me and mental health journey. I look forward to my future visits.
I am very happy with my therapist at Lifestance health. My time with her is important to me and she listens to everything I want to talk about. Telehealth works for me with my busy life. Happy, mad, glad or sad , I always feel great when my visit is done. Thank you Maryanne F.
Really wanted to book an appointment for my son here who has NH Healthy Families. I was able to do a lot of research and found a good potential therapist. My wife called and they asked about insurance and we said he has NH Healthy Families, and they said they do not take that plan, so she asked about self pay options and they claimed it was state law that you are not allowed to go outside of providers in network and self pay for healthcare.
