I was having a hard time to find therapy schedule that works for me! Today was my first session snd it went well. Therapist is great! The portal is also user friendly. I highly recommend Lifestance.
Everything is done so quickly! They are always flexible and make sure we are comfortable with the scheduling! I recommend Lifestance for anyone who wants great mental health care! Holly makes me feel heard and she does such a great job! This has been life changing!
I have nothing bad to say about my experience. The process of getting set up in the system was not very difficult. Everyone has a good attitude and ready to help.
After being severely let down by 2 therapists at this place I will not be returning here. They seem to not understand my concerns and situation and kept bouncing me between therapists which is not what I need. I need help and it seems like I am being left in the dark. No appreciation to Della Rees or Mercedes Donaldson as they seem to be unable to type up a simple note that I’m being seen and getting therapy. Holly is a great person and didn't talk down to me or make me feel like a fool. She is a fountain of knowledge and good advise.
