Some therapists are great, I have found 2 wonderful ones out of 7 I’ve seen. I’ve been a patient for several years, my therapist left. I had a very bad experience with a new therapist. I called to cancel my Tuesday appointment on Friday, was put on hold for an hour, I had to go so I hung up. I called again Sunday to cancel, stayed on hold for 30 minutes, had to go and hung up. Called again on Monday to cancel the Tuesday appointment, still 24 hours before the appointment, and was told I was being charged $80 for a cancella... read more
