The new check in and pay in advance system stinks. It's not easy to access and there's ways to have set up me doing the check in process a human who gets paid used to do that would make it much easier. You've removed human contact, made me have to do the work, and didn’t lower the price I pay one cent.
My booking was excellent and problem free. My Therapist is very understanding, passionate, demonstrates a genuine desire to help. Excellent. I highly recommend her.

Some therapists are great, I have found 2 wonderful ones out of 7 I’ve seen. I’ve been a patient for several years, my therapist left. I had a very bad experience with a new therapist. I called to cancel my Tuesday appointment on Friday, was put on hold for an hour, I had to go so I hung up. I called again Sunday to cancel, stayed on hold for 30 minutes, had to go and hung up.
