I was actually pleasantly surprised to meet Evan. He's actually very nice to talk to, and his own experiences have made him more knowledgeable about issues I have.
My first session was comfortable and I felt good about getting the help I need from my therapist.
Just having another person that is a bias part is annoyingly helpful at our couple therapy and I can’t wait to see the customize plan she created for us
Booking the appointment was problematic. It was a referral by my workers comp doctor, and the receptionist didn't seem to understand. He insisted I give my personal insurance card and a credit card for the file. I had to get a physical copy of the referral from my doctor, and told him again I refused to give any personal financial data. It did finally work. That said, the therapist I met with is very nice. I hate the long check in each week and the intrusive questions once a month. That being said. I LOVE my Therapist.
