Terrible CSR, will make signing up as difficult as possible despite it already being so hard for the mentally unwell to reach out for help. Then will misspell your name and gaslight you into thinking you agreed to a fee and charge your card. STAY AWAY!
One of my family members like their therapist so all the stars for that person. Minus one star because trying to get another appointment for another family member has been just short of a nightmare. Maybe there is a shortage or something, I don't know, but there aren't people available in the evenings which creates a waitlist. Understable. My therapist Sarah is amazing. I've only had a handful of sessions with her but after each session I feel a little bit more in control of my life and confident with myself and my decisions. Believe me that's amazing! This facility will be highly recommended by me. Thank you for the work you do to truly help those who cannot help themselves ❤
I was able to quickly get an appointment with a therapist. I have been going for around a year now and have been with the same therapist. I’m in a much better headspace and am able to cope with life’s stressors much more easily. Would highly recommend
Worst service. First it took them a month before I could see anyone. Then there system kept telling me my apartment was an hour later then it was, they never fixed the problem. And last...the 48 hour cancelation is a little over the top with no exceptions. I canceled a day and a half before my appointment do to a family emergency and they still charged me 75. This is a true profit company that makes you feel like you are a number.
