Disappointed in being referred here. Called and went through the entire process just to be told they didn't have anyone available EVER to see my son. No further direction/help was given. Just told to have a good day.

AVOID! Their telehealth app does not work reliably. They will not tell you the true cost up front. I still got charged for appointments even when the provider didn't show up. Basically i feel I got ripped off by LifeStance. I was referred to different providers for no reason and had to complete 3 different intake appts which are about $400 a pop. By the time I got In to an actual therapy session I was so distraught from trying to get logged in! Took over 30 mins each time just to get logged in to go to my session! Not ... read more

Booking the appointment was problematic. It was a referral by my workers comp doctor, and the receptionist didn't seem to understand. He insisted I give my personal insurance card and a credit card for the file. I had to get a physical copy of the referral from my doctor, and told him again I refused to give any personal financial data. It did finally work. That said, the therapist I met with is very nice. I was matched with a fantastic family therapist, Mauricio. I was able to quickly and effectively connect further with my son and daughter. I wish I could say the same for my ex, he is back to his old games.
