I have been working with Joanne Mayer for several years now and I can't say enough good about her. She is a highly skilled therapist that always gives me tools that educate me and help me deal with some of the challenges that come with life. Absolutely love the fully virtual option. I am very comfortable with my therapist here and am so glad I found Lifestance.
My counselor Clare was very professional and made me feel soo comfortable.
My psych and therapist are both great. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the billing department. They are hard to contact and slow to act.
Totally reckless practice. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to see Dr. Pertschuk, and just today—a couple weeks before the actual date—I received a text telling me to call the office. I was then informed they needed to reschedule. No reason but that's irrelevant. The front office staff were super polite and friendly, but the next available appointment is over a month out.
