I have been working with Joanne Mayer for several years now and I can't say enough good about her. My counselor Clare was very professional and made me feel soo comfortable.
Totally reckless practice. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to see Dr. Pertschuk, and just today—a couple weeks before the actual date—I received a text telling me to call the office. I was then informed they needed to reschedule. No reason but that's irrelevant. The front office staff were super polite and friendly, but the next available appointment is over a month out. Made it easy for me to contact my therapist, and even said what to do if something should go wrong with the connection. Thank you. Quality of my session was also very good!
This review is not a reflection of the therapists or doctors, rather the company as a whole. Of course it’s backed by a private equity firm. Patient care deteriorates when these massive companies swallow up small medical practices and buy doctors. Spouse needed a refill of an important medication and didn’t hear back from the doctor or anyone for four days despite multiple phone calls and messages.
