Totally reckless practice. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to see Dr. Pertschuk, and just today—a couple weeks before the actual date—I received a text telling me to call the office. I was then informed they needed to reschedule. No reason but that's irrelevant. The front office staff were super polite and friendly, but the next available appointment is over a month out. Made it easy for me to contact my therapist, and even said what to do if something should go wrong with the connection. Thank you. Quality of my session was also very good!

My psych and therapist are both great. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the billing department. They are hard to contact and slow to act.

I was going to the Plymouth Meeting location. Now going to the KOP office seeing Anthony Russo, Anthony has been great and I am very comfortable sharing and talking with him in my visits.,👍🏾

There have been several occasions where I never received the login(telehealth) email link for the appointment. I did eventually meet late with Anthony Russo using my phone.
