Totally reckless practice. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to see Dr. Pertschuk, and just today—a couple weeks before the actual date—I received a text telling me to call the office. I was then informed they needed to reschedule. No reason but that's irrelevant. The front office staff were super polite and friendly, but the next available appointment is over a month out. There have been several occasions where I never received the login(telehealth) email link for the appointment. I did eventually meet late with Anthony Russo using my phone.
Dr. Lawerence is amazing! She’s patient, kind, smart, and thorough, literally everything you want in a psychiatrist. I am truly impressed by her and would absolutely recommend her to others. My experience with LifeStance in general has been great!
If you take your mental health and drug management seriously DO NOT GO HERE. I've had 2 or 3 times of withdrawing because they do not reply in time. If you need meds on a weekend forget about it you're going to withdraw because they will not reply. Even my Rx insurance company is stunned at the negligence. Patient portal? Takes at least a week for replies then you get instructed to call. Forget the phone line as well you'll end up waiting at least ten minutes every time and get someone that doesn't have any urgency whatsoeve... read more
This review is not a reflection of the therapists or doctors, rather the company as a whole. Of course it’s backed by a private equity firm. Patient care deteriorates when these massive companies swallow up small medical practices and buy doctors. Spouse needed a refill of an important medication and didn’t hear back from the doctor or anyone for four days despite multiple phone calls and messages.
