Had one session with a therapist, logged in for my next appointment and they never showed. Called her, she didn’t know who I was, and said to call the office for a new therapist as she wasn’t coming back. I was on hold with the receptionist for almost an hour, then I hung up. Called the next day and she was snarky and unhelpful. I’ll never use them again, nor would I recommend them.
The provider who I saw was great but I have not been able to make another appointment with her because I made several calls over the past THREE weeks and spoken to multiple people (and sent both emails and messages through their portal) but have not received any response or call back. Each time you call, a different person answers, and no one is helpful. Really disappointing because I want to see the provider again but have been unable to do so.
Just saw Ryan Cleary today for the the first time ever!!! He made me very comfortable. HES VERY SWEET and Caring!! I was very nervous going in Therapy but the minute I met him, I felt safe and zt ease!! Def great vibes from him and I highly recommend him!!! ~ Sakshi K
