Until this is resolved my rating stays at 1 star. My providers at lifestance are incredible and deserve every penny. With that being said, the administration and phone service is inexcusable. I am calling during normal business hours to get my medication situation sorted out MULTIPLE times. You people need to do your job already because I have done mine. I have had several no show appointments or last minute cancellations. The last one was two weeks ago and my medicine ran out. I have messaged twice through the portal, to my provider and general. I called twice last week and twice this week. I am in withdrawal and they know and won't help me. This constitutes medical abandonment i.e.: malpractice. Be very careful using this place. Magnolia is THE BEST! I look forward to speaking with her every week. She’s very flexible with her schedule. She’s informative and teaches me different ways to look at things when a problem comes up. I’m very grateful for her to be in my corner .

The most ATROCIOUS management I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to reach management directly since MAY!!!! It is 9/18. I have made several attempt with no response back yet my message was sent as a “high priority” several times. Purely disgraceful and negligent.
