Magnolia is THE BEST! I look forward to speaking with her every week. She’s very flexible with her schedule. She’s informative and teaches me different ways to look at things when a problem comes up. I’m very grateful for her to be in my corner .

The most ATROCIOUS management I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to reach management directly since MAY!!!! It is 9/18. I have made several attempt with no response back yet my message was sent as a “high priority” several times. Purely disgraceful and negligent.
My initial contact went unanswered. It was not until I contacted you guys again. Was I able to book an appointment?
The provider who I saw was great but I have not been able to make another appointment with her because I made several calls over the past THREE weeks and spoken to multiple people (and sent both emails and messages through their portal) but have not received any response or call back. Each time you call, a different person answers, and no one is helpful. Really disappointing because I want to see the provider again but have been unable to do so.
