Mandy is amazing. 1st doctor ive had thats actually trying to target my serious mental health symptoms so I can finally manage em. Also, getting started as a new patient and jst their portals in general are super easy, convenient, and effective.

Dr. Shswn Brady took his time to understand everything that's going on in my life both mentally and physically. I didn't expect him to spend that much time with me, but he did. My therapist Marissa Penn is phenomenal. She has a vast knowledge of different counseling techniques and approaches. She's doesn't judge or makes assumptions. She's very empathic and honest.

I try not to leave negative reviews, but when it comes to mental health I can’t help it. Everyone knows making an appointment alone is a huge step, along with the wait that normally comes with schedule availability. I made an appointment over a month in advance, I did the registration process, all of the above. I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment, they sent me a link 30 minutes prior to check in that I completed while in waiting area. My appointment was for 8 AM, at 8:10 here comes the receptionist. My first encounter with a therapist was not a good fit but I received a phone call offering to schedule me with another therapist. My perspective was also listened to regarding possible feedback needed for the initial therapist.
