Not the worst place I've ever been to but not great either. Thankfully never had any issues with paying for missing an appointment but had other things people should know going in. Firstly, there's no on call doctor after hours which is discouraging for a mental health facility, especially one that prescribes medications. Second, the patient portal is truly the only way to get in contact with your provider and it's hard to do so. Sometimes you get a response right away, other times not so much. I followed my therapist from a previous location to LifeStance and so far I’ve been very happy. It’s very easy to connect and were able to work out the appointment schedule.

I found them online and hoped they could help i lost a close loved one 2 years ago and need help mentally getting through it, they call me a few days before my apt demanding me to put a credit card on file they can run before my apt … red flags 🚩 I adv I was at work and would provide card informing at my apt then was told my apt would be canceled they are clearly worried about money and not the mental health of individuals they are suppose to be helping

Just no. Wont be back. Did not feel well understood with the NP and the company itself sucks. As stated from several other reviews, they literally charged me $192 (they demand a card on file when you schedule an apt and now I know why) because they didn’t bother running my insurance thru first. I feel like that’s a common scheme they use to see if anyone notices. I contacted them and they corrected it but had that have been someone with very little money to their name that could have been a terrible day for them. Do better.

Jane is a great first impression. She is kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. I will be seeing her again.
