Was able to find a therapist who is really helpful and friendly. I’m glad that we can start doing our schedule now I’m taking a bigger step to be a better person to have my mental health healthy !!! I got a therapist quickly as soon as I apply, I was able Getting in Without having any charges, I only use my Medicaid!!!!
Very easy to call and speak with a real person, you give them your insurance info and they set you up. No hassle. Great customer service.
I was in crisis and trying to calm down, the therapist Monica Romero sent cops to my home when I got upset and hung up on her for asking me about suicidal thoughts. When I asked her to stop asking those questions because I don’t have that issue and never had it she got argumentative so I hung up. Thirty minutes later police officers were beating on my door. This lady named Marilyn, I spoke to and she was very negative saying the unfortunately word and then after I asked her nicely to not say that she straight up hung up on me so definitely won’t ever consider coming to this place
