If I could give this practice a ZERO I would!!!! Monica Romero was the absolute WORST therapist I have ever encountered!! She is the epitome and very definition of malpractice!! My therapist is always stretching me to grow, she gives practical advice that I can use on a regular basis. I’m doing a lot better in my mental health since when I first started my therapy with her.
Very friendly compassionate Therapist and psychologist. I was very nervous about meeting someone new and she helped me understand a couple of things about my situation.
I did have a bad first experience but management called me personally and resolved my issue. I really appreciated the integrity and ownership of the issue.
The process of scheduling an appointment and meeting with a therapist was easy to navigate.
