Was able to find a therapist who is really helpful and friendly. I’m glad that we can start doing our schedule now I’m taking a bigger step to be a better person to have my mental health healthy !!! I got a therapist quickly as soon as I apply, I was able Getting in Without having any charges, I only use my Medicaid!!!!
They canceled on me twice because they matched me with the wrong kind of doctor. One nurse Loretta Torres was nice. But Jami Gonzales was extremly rude and answered none of my questions becuse I was self paying. She hung-up on me in the middle of asking a question. Jami Gonzales is greedy and doesn't want to help anyone in need.
I was in crisis and trying to calm down, the therapist Monica Romero sent cops to my home when I got upset and hung up on her for asking me about suicidal thoughts. When I asked her to stop asking those questions because I don’t have that issue and never had it she got argumentative so I hung up. Thirty minutes later police officers were beating on my door. The office runs smoothly with appointments, payments, insurance, and questions. My experience with my counselor has been excellent.
This lady named Marilyn, I spoke to and she was very negative saying the unfortunately word and then after I asked her nicely to not say that she straight up hung up on me so definitely won’t ever consider coming to this place
