This has been a really easy process for someone that ignores anything requiring elective effort. I feel more and more comfortable being myself after 3 sessions. I immediately felt genuine interest/care/dedication from my therapist, Hannah Glasrud. She truly listens, and reassures this by revisiting/following up with things so specific to me. We had a bad experience with Basak. I feel as she lacks commasion and shouldn't be working with kids. She wanted the patient who was a minor to come alone without her guardian the first session and expected the patient to be able to fully communicate during the first session even though we expressed concerns to her that this was an issue she was facing. I would be careful if you're booking with her as it may cause some distress.

I hadn't had the best luck with finding a psychologist that understood me and made me feel seen and heard before. Hannah definitely changed all of that for me. She's a great listener and comes up with helpful insights and thought provoking questions.
