If I could give this practice a ZERO I would!!!! Monica Romero was the absolute WORST therapist I have ever encountered!! She is the epitome and very definition of malpractice!! What a joke. Waited for a week for an appointment and then waited in a Zoom meeting for 48 minutes just to be told to wait another week for an appointment. I don't believe it was the therapist's fault and she was kind on the phone but this was very important for my mental health and I was failed.
Very friendly compassionate Therapist and psychologist. I was very nervous about meeting someone new and she helped me understand a couple of things about my situation.
The process of scheduling an appointment and meeting with a therapist was easy to navigate.
We had a bad experience with Basak. I feel as she lacks commasion and shouldn't be working with kids. She wanted the patient who was a minor to come alone without her guardian the first session and expected the patient to be able to fully communicate during the first session even though we expressed concerns to her that this was an issue she was facing. I would be careful if you're booking with her as it may cause some distress.
