Stunned in a bad way is an understatement. I was told over the phone that my insurance was accepted, went through all the procedures I needed to including a sudden drs apt to get a referral to even go here. I show up over the moon excited that I finally found some help just for them to be like oh sorry we don’t take the insurance. Laughable. Told me they tried to contact me, no missed calls no unopened emails and no texts. Nothing. Just tell me over the phone in the first place. It’s just painful and I’m crushed
Excellent impression! Dr. Alexander Kwon was such an understanding doctor, knowledgeable, great demeanor, so happy with my first consult so far! Terrific facilitator and patience in getting my virtual consult to work. The appointment with Life stance was easy and kindly set up by staff! Highly recommend!
I told them I was seeking to treat treatment resistant depression and adhd. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to be told by the Psychiatrist in my first session that he does not treat adhd and is uncertain as to why they allowed me to schedule an appointment with him.
Completely unprofessional. As a first time patient I had to cancel my appointment and was unsuccessful in trying to reach the office 48 hours in advance. I messaged and called more than 24 hours in advance. I just received an $85 no show bill. Totally absurd.
I have been around the block a few times with mental health professionals, and I'm sorry to say this company's services can be summed up as "courteous cowardice." Are the therapists nice? Yes, but they are seldom helpful. I went through treatment with 2 therapists in your company, and they were basically human walls for me to talk at. I could count on one hand the amount of useful questions and suggestions I was given by my "therapists," both of whom were actually social workers.
