Dr. Escobar Almeida is a fabulous psychiatrist! She is attentive and is available in between appointments with messaging if needed. I have never had a problem with the Telehealth platform.

The psychiatrist is very good and I like her a lot, but the patient portal has been very difficult to use. When it doesn’t accept my password, it doesn't send an email to reset it. But apparently that’s the only way to communicate with the psychiatrist’s office. Also, days before my session, I get an email asking me to check in. A day or two later I get a text asking me to check in. Vicente is an amazing listener. He’s very thoughtful and considerate of his client’s needs. He also has tools to help you navigate through what you’re experiencing right now in life.

This was my first therapy appointment with Taylor Kiener, and she was great. She’s very easy to talk to and understanding! She is a good listener, and give great feedback! I’m looking forward to my next visit, because it feels good to finally have a good person to talk to.
