Dr. Escobar Almeida is a fabulous psychiatrist! She is attentive and is available in between appointments with messaging if needed. I have never had a problem with the Telehealth platform.

The psychiatrist is very good and I like her a lot, but the patient portal has been very difficult to use. When it doesn’t accept my password, it doesn't send an email to reset it. But apparently that’s the only way to communicate with the psychiatrist’s office. Also, days before my session, I get an email asking me to check in. A day or two later I get a text asking me to check in.
