Absolutely no care. I’m a new patient, waited two months for appt, filled out the entire questionnaire except for my debt card because I didn’t want to enter on line. $25 bucks copay and the never called or had the decency to reach out to get my card number. They simply said I no showed for the tele heath. When I called them they said sorry but we can reschedule for another two months away. I never want a place that is this cold towards new patients!!!!!

Lifestance has been a very good therapy center. The experience with their therapists has been very rewarding. I have gained a lot of insight through my therapy sessions. It has been a life changing experience.

My therapist at LifeStance is the best I've ever had. Communication with the organization is well-organized, and the platform (Zoom) is easy to use for virtual appointments. Everything about the organization is well-executed.

Drove an hour and thirty minutes to come here for a psychiatric appointment because it was the soonest available at the time. We ended up being 10 minutes late just for them to turn us down. Apparently, even if you’re going through continually worsening mental health complications, they still won’t accept you although there is a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. Very comforting with speaking with my person. Gave me very simple instructions to manage my situation. Which I needed validation. Great service .there setting up process needs work. But when you finally get to your meeting it’s great!
