My experience with Jennifer was just what I needed . I was comfortable talking to her and safe. I recommend anyone that needs to release any unwanted emotions they are holding inside to speak to some one . Mental health is so important.
This company is shameful. The doctors are great when they’re ACTUALLY WORKING. I acknowledge this is not a crisis center however this company will drive you to one. Billing will literally take your money IMMEDIATELY before verifying with your insurance company AND THEN TAKE WEEKS TO REFUND YOU FOR THEIR ERRORS. Trying to call their billing department is a nightmare. Good luck with that. My doctor was nice-ish. A 30 minute appointment really meant 12-15. Don't bother visting this company , therapist was rude , staff say the canceled appointment last minute and the billing department who isn't even part of this location calls and is rude at 8am in the morning. If you're needing a therapist do not bother going here ....
This online based service is the best for my on the go life style. I can honestly say I have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff that has assisted me both online or over the phone. They truly care about their mission and it shows in the care they provide from the beginning.
My first visit was a great experience. Kathleen is easy to talk to and extremely helpful. I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment.
