Very comforting with speaking with my person. Gave me very simple instructions to manage my situation. Which I needed validation. Great service .there setting up process needs work. But when you finally get to your meeting it’s great!

Drove an hour and thirty minutes to come here for a psychiatric appointment because it was the soonest available at the time. We ended up being 10 minutes late just for them to turn us down. Apparently, even if you’re going through continually worsening mental health complications, they still won’t accept you although there is a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. You ask for a review and your system won’t allow a response without a valid email address, and yet there is no place to add an email address, when trying to contact you directly.

My experience has been Great while the online confirmation is taxing and cause me to be late to session the Provider was understanding. I send billing my insurance card 9000 times even emailed it to them per request and they are still clueless 🙈
