I have been seeing Amanda Hinchman for grief management. It was a very difficult time for me as I was all alone in the country. I was missing my mother very badly and was in guilt all the time. She helped me not only to deal with grief but also threw ideas to remember and cherish my mom’s memories. Booking an appointment is non-issue, however, the billing department is less than desired, they need a lot of work on their hours, which are completely ridiculous. Also, when I have called billing, I have been put on hold for 20 minutes up to an astounding 53 minutes. I have yet to actually speak to someone from billing when I call. I will get a call from the "front desk" talking about my bill and if it's $25 or $150, they ask if I want to put on a payment plan and talk about how billing should be the one to talk to and then... read more
Dr Ronald was very nice and friendly and I'm very happy to have found this place. They accept my insurance and that alone was a plus. I definitely recommend it!
The experience is so amazing. My therapist is so attentive, compassionate, and I love our sessions.
He won't treat me bc I have another psychiatrist. Liability. Too bad. A young person may have been a fresh start for topics like telepathy and mind cobtrol
