Ever since the PE rollup of this practice, I've experienced a few unacceptable billing and customer service experiences with LifeStance. Several duplicate, delayed, and error prone claims. LifeStance took several months to refund a credit owed to me that they said they were holding to pressure my insurance, but were doing so in error. If you have any questions, you have to wait on hold call with a call center in the Philippines and last time I called the wait time was over 30m.
Improper Billing and no returned phone calls from doctors or billing department. I will be avoiding this office since all LifeStance offices are independently owned and operated. EDIT: After being called with an apology and promise to cancel the mistake with billing - I'm still being billed from this office. I recommend to anyone - avoid this office. P.S. When a doctor calls a patient, the caller ID should not read as anonymous! Their entire portal for patient data should be completely redone.
Provide excellent communication and care for their patients. My provider is amazing. She continuously checks in with me with regularly scheduled appointments. They have an online platform that has all your medical information and prescriptions and any other details You need about yourself. You can communicate right through the portal and then get back to you almost within minutes. I'm very happy with Life stance.

I've had a very good experience with Suzette Briggette based out of this office. She's easy to talk to and is engaged/engaging through our Zoom sessions (doesn't always feel like the case with technology!) My initial outreach through the appointment request area of their website, utilized because I reached out beyond normal business hours, was easy and detailed, and I got a call back for additional information and an appointment within 48 hours.
