No Issues with the Therapist but with operations, Yes. They charge you with no warning. You will be charged over 100 dollars if you cancel within 2 business days of your appointment. Very unforgiving or understanding. Today I called to cancel my account and was told this was a special request and they will call me back in 2 business days. I talked to someone named CY. I have no appointments scheduled, they just charged my account over 100 dollars today but an hour after seeing this charge they still tell me I owe another $2... read more
Booking was easy. Appointment was right on time. Office was comfortable and cozy. My Dr. was wonderful!
My doctor Amen Ugwuede is the best provider I have ever had. She has the most genuine concern and compassion for my care. She is knowledgeable and has been instrumental in getting me feeling well. The staff are all great as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Psychiatrist (Dr. Richard Logan) was very rude and dismissive during the first appointment. After asking for my history (I have a very long treatment and trauma history) he said that I had pressured speech (he asked me a question with a long answer!) he also said that I "had a lot going on" yeah no shit dude that's why I'm here. Im can honestly stay I walked in feeling hopeless, but when I walked out! I felt like a million bucks! I truly was a great experience! And I look forward to working with this doctor for all things mental for a long time! Thank God for people like Dr.Amenaghawon who’s passionate about their work!
