I do not feel fully comfortable writing this review because my name is attached, but I felt the need to leave it. The faculty here is alright - I had one good session with a provider years ago, and one bad session with a different provider recently. However, the administration is terrible and it is essentially impossible to contact them. Bad sessions happen, finding a therapist is a process and takes time. The worst experience I have had with a psychiatrist. The policies are not policies that work well with anyone with medications that are always on the shortage list. I even went ahead and tried one of their therapist who specializes in CBT, but the extremely young lady with little experience did not have much for me that I’m not already doing. No Issues with the Therapist but with operations, Yes. They charge you with no warning. You will be charged over 100 dollars if you cancel within 2 business days of your appointment. Very unforgiving or understanding. Today I called to cancel my account and was told this was a special request and they will call me back in 2 business days. I talked to someone named CY. $100 charge because I had to cancel a day earlier. Also unprofessional. Bad experience!
