I am extremely disappointed with the way my account and appointments have been handled. I was unable to complete my check-in for my appointment with Dr. Reading today because of a balance that should have already been removed from my account. My concern is that I may once again be charged for a missed appointment due to an issue that is completely outside of my control. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Reading. From the very first visit, I was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and never made me feel rushed. Great doctor!
I came in with high hopes to receive the help I need. Only to be completely disappointed and discouraged to proceed with this place. The lack of communication you receive here it’s unbearable. I know what my insurance covers, and they added another co-pay on top of a supposedly diagnostic charge. I was not diagnosed with anything by my psychiatrist only an evaluation. Had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Rashid! She was understanding, compassionate, and invested in making sure my needs were met. This was one of the most beneficial and impactful appointments I have experienced and I look forward to managing my mental health with her guidance!
I felt better about my visit with Dr. Abiola she took the time to talk with me about my history and my present. I do not know about how things will turn out but I am interested on booking another appointment that will put me on the right track.
