I am extremely disappointed with the way my account and appointments have been handled. I was unable to complete my check-in for my appointment with Dr. Reading today because of a balance that should have already been removed from my account. My concern is that I may once again be charged for a missed appointment due to an issue that is completely outside of my control. Mengchu Chu is a great NP. She was very patient and compassionate. She totally related to my experiences and gave me practical tools to manage stress and anxiety. I look forward to our next session.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Reading. From the very first visit, I was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and never made me feel rushed. Great doctor!

Had a wonderful consultation with Dr. Rashid! She was understanding, compassionate, and invested in making sure my needs were met. This was one of the most beneficial and impactful appointments I have experienced and I look forward to managing my mental health with her guidance!

I have been going here for about 6 months now and it has helped me out tremendously. I have sessions with Dr. Mengchu Chu and I am so glad I found her. She listens and is very patient. My focus and sleep have been way better!
