I am extremely disappointed with the way my account and appointments have been handled. I was unable to complete my check-in for my appointment with Dr. Reading today because of a balance that should have already been removed from my account. My concern is that I may once again be charged for a missed appointment due to an issue that is completely outside of my control. I came in with high hopes to receive the help I need. Only to be completely disappointed and discouraged to proceed with this place. The lack of communication you receive here it’s unbearable. I know what my insurance covers, and they added another co-pay on top of a supposedly diagnostic charge. I was not diagnosed with anything by my psychiatrist only an evaluation. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Reading. From the very first visit, I was treated with genuine kindness, respect, and professionalism. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and never made me feel rushed. Great doctor!
