Seeing Mengchu today was great - a stark contrast from my last experience at a different clinic. It was refreshing to finally sit with someone who listened intently to my symptoms and concerns. I feel great about moving forward with her and LifeStance, and they’ve made the entire process so much less intimidating. I look forward to continuing seeing her.

Had a video call with Dr.Monica Stout I went with her based off reviews . First off she was late to the video call , not respecting others peoples time first red flag . I was very neutral, but reserved because it was our first time meeting . One thing that annoys me is when doctors fail to do research about you. So having to explain things, that they make you fill out online prior to your appointment is very annoying . I go here because I’m already established and finding another provider nearby is an impossibly annoying process. The office/billing department is a pathetic joke, the providers are operators of a system designed to see and process as many patients as quickly as possible, and there is a complete lack of care in one’s well being here. If you’re seeing this and haven’t already been sucked into their racket, run. Run fast. Run far. Find something else, because almost anywhere else will be better.

Making an appointment and doing the needed paperwork was really easy and convenient. I was able to arrive for my first appointment completely checked in and paperwork already submitted, so nothing to fill out as I waited. Dr. Faris is wonderful! She was compassionate and thorough, asking some really helpful questions as she sought to find the best plan for me. She showed care and extensive knowledge and wisdom in her desire to understand my situation and provide the most effective treatment, using evidence based solutions.

Met today with Dr Sabeen Faris for the first time and she was very pleasant and understandable to the patient's case. Listened, asked and passed info. Felt comfortable through the appointment.
