Dr. Irwin and the team are the absolute best. If I needed to refer a friend or family I know they would be in caring hands.
I have the best psych Dr and therapist. They are both so supportive, helpful, sincere, caring and I feel so safe with them both. My therapist, there are just no words for how amazing she is. I feel so supported, and she knows me better than anyone. I couldn't ask for anyone better.
I want to share that Sarah in the front office is just amazing!!! She welcomes you into the office with a beautiful smile & warm greeting. Sarah is also very kind & shows so much compassion to all of those that come into the office. I know she helps to make my visit a much more pleasant one!!!
So far so great!!! I just recently started seeing a therapist to help me better navigate through my fairly new Marriage. Help me communicate, interact, and console better with My Beautiful Wife. I am high functioning Autistic, My Wife is Neurotypical. So far the appointments have been easy to schedule and the staff is super friendly and engaging! The real learning is just starting to happen and I'm fully subscribed to the methodology I am being presented. Thank you.
Their mental health professionals seem great but the business practices are extremely unethical. We had a bad household illness and had to cancel a scheduled appointment due to sickness and childcare: $125 cancellation fee. Explained the circumstance to receptionist, no exceptions. That is more than 10 appointments worth of copays; we cancelled our services with them and plan on finding another office with more reasonable business policies.
