I have had a dispute open for almost 2 years because they billed my insurance incorrectly. All I have ever gotten told is that they would call me back and they never do. It’s really disheartening- this mistake is what made me have to stop therapy because it was too expensive. Now they can’t make it right after the fact. It’s just hard to go through when you’re already trying to work on yourself. My therapist was great I just wish I could have kept going to her.

My wife has very patiently been trying to sort out a billing issue that stemmed from lifestance not filing to insurance in a timely fashion. She has made contact many times over the past YEAR, and has always been told someone would reach back out to her: that hasn’t happened once yet. I called the other week to try resolve this issue, they told me a supervisor would be contacting me very soon and to no surprise - no one has reached out. I was able to connect with a therapist within a couple of days of my initial inquire. After the appointment, the receptionist was able to assist me in securing 2 additional appointments.

Extremely happy with LifeStance! It was great to see the therapists available and their backgrounds/experience. Scheduling and providing health insurance details was easy. Naomi is a wonderful, respectful, easy-going and personable therapist. She has flexible hours to accommodate work schedules and that is a huge plus. Brooklyn Park location is easy to find, plenty of parking and the office is quiet and each therapist has their own private office and I feel very comfortable attending sessions here.

I absolutely Love Julie B. In Brooklyn Park. She has helped me through Therapy for almost 6 years now. She’s spiritual, encouraging, loving, caring and every other good thing you could think of. She’s also tough in a good needing way. I trust her advice completely and couldn’t ask for a better counselor. I absolutely adore and appreciate her dearly. I don’t know what is do without her.
