Life is busy and we are always adding more to do to our lists. As a mental health patient it is so important to stop and put ourselves first and check in and see your doctor. Visiting my Doctor @ his office is always the perfect reset for me. It's then that I realize that I must focus on all aspects of my health.
The clinician was great. Billing doesn't document when you call and cancel running a 325.00 payment because of insurance issues. Resolved insurance barrier so they could process my claim to. Only to find out they processed running my payment after I verbally revoked my consent. When I called back they have no record of me canceling or calling. Then I was told they will refund my money and I'll have to set up a payment plan (joy). Only to get a call back to be told they are not able to do that. Another Lie! First I know how... read more
Lifestance is a well-run practice, offering flexibility and an online portal for billing, messages and appointments. Claims are always filed and paid promptly. Pre-auth when needed, is often the same or next day. My therapist, Angela Brickner is the most caring and thorough practitioner I have ever had. I am really glad I found them!
Absolutely love my psychiatrist, Michaela. She has been so helpful, dont know where'd be without her! After a traumatic experience with my previous psychiatrist, she has done everything so as safely and slowly as my body and brain need!
Mental Health is very important and I have had a wonderful experience with my doctor as well as counselor. It took a while to find a good team and Dr. B and Stacey are amazing. Would highly recommend this office.
