Veronica Pankuch was so warm and welcoming on my first visit with her. Acted quickly on some of my concerns, so already looking forward to seeing her again and getting peace and joy in my life.
New Dr. Appt & assessment waited a very long time 2 secure a appointment was told first appt.MUST be in person Lifestance repeatedly told me absolutely no virtual 1st appt. !!! Am disabled do not drive arranged 4 an extremely hard 2 find ride got all the way 2 office recieved phone call my first appointment would be virtual not in person! Told them I was right there & would miss driving all the way back home did virtually @ office but made alot of arrangements 2 find ride when all along appt. The entire process from scheduling an appointment to completion was very seamless. The telehealth process is easy and convenient. My counselor heard me and proceeded accordingly.
Edit. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Predatory billing! They stole $255 from me and refused to put a supervisor on the line. I was hung up on and put in an infinite loop on hold . Terrible scummy behavior and bad for your mental health. Edit pt. 2! Just called to cancel my final appointment 72 hours in advance at they threatened to charge me $75 because they “don’t count Saturday and Sunday” even though they got the call on Friday. Total scam
The therapist i see is fine, and with one admin exception, the support staff is great. OTOH, Lifestance's communication/messaging system is appalling, and support is only available during business hours 5 days a week. While therapists can cancel within a couple hours of an appt, patients *must call the office 48 hours in advance* during business hours m-f. So a Monday or Tuesday appointment must be cancelled by Friday to avoid $25 penalty. The only way to contact a therapist is through portal messaging. They have 3 days t... read more
