The therapist i see is fine, and with one admin exception, the support staff is great. OTOH, Lifestance's communication/messaging system is appalling, and support is only available during business hours 5 days a week. While therapists can cancel within a couple hours of an appt, patients *must call the office 48 hours in advance* during business hours m-f. I appreciate the way my prescriber, Brandy Hill, asks me questions and encourages me. She is collaborative and cares about how I am doing. Thankful and recommend her!
My experience with Jamie Shanes is amazing and im so grateful to have found her. My low review is for the office management software. Repeatedly asking to confirm and register for my appointment (4 times in 10 days) is excessive and ridiculous as well as a redundant waste of time. I hope the new zoom software is better.
Had my first appointment today! The therapist was great and listened to me so we could initiate a plan.
The doctors and the service is all great, But after years of being with them, the Billing Department does not know how to do their jobs
