I scheduled an in-person appointment and waited for it for many days, only to receive a call on the day of the appointment informing me that the in-person visit wasn’t supposed to be happen and no one thought it was necessary to notify me in advance. Now I’m being told I can wait more weeks if I want to get help. During wait time I kept receiving emails with reminders about the in-person visit and its address. Nobody just cared about it. Asked for day off at work for this and lost money because of it as well.
It has been a wonderful experience with Lifestyle Health. I am able to see and understand situations in a positive and different way. Things that usually easily upset me no longer affect me as much. Thanks Jami.
First appointments with new providers are hard! My professional was easy to talk to, kept us on track and on time, and really heard me. Seems like she will be a good fit for me, and I look forward to meeting with the rest of the team as I am ready and able.
The staff is amazing and always willing to help. My therapist is amazing and goes above and beyond to provide me phenomenal service and resources to better myself.
