Had my first appointment today! The therapist was great and listened to me so we could initiate a plan.
I am incredibly grateful to have found my therapist. She has created a safe and trusting environment where I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings. Her guidance and support have been invaluable on my journey. I truly appreciate her help, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled therapist.
Dr. Papavo was amazing! She made me feel safe and comfortable. She’s so understanding and kind. Non judgmental and i can tell she really cares about her patients. I felt so seen and heard. Now I’m able to move forward with my life and do the work to get better.
My experience with Jamie Shanes is amazing and im so grateful to have found her. My low review is for the office management software. Repeatedly asking to confirm and register for my appointment (4 times in 10 days) is excessive and ridiculous as well as a redundant waste of time. I hope the new zoom software is better.
The doctors and the service is all great, But after years of being with them, the Billing Department does not know how to do their jobs
