I made an appt with Lifestance in July. First available was October. I wasn't happy but scheduled anyway. I was there required 15 minutes early and checked in upon arrival. My appt at 10am. I sat until 10:30 and went up to the window where I was asked if I had checked in. Yes, at 9:45am and my card was taken and charged my copay. First appointment I had got canceled by the practitioner which is fine, it happens. Second appointment was scheduled incorrectly as a follow up when I was supposed to be a new patient. The only choice I was given after being on hold for 45 minutes and speaking to 3 different people who had no idea what was going on was to reschedule for almost a month out when I'd run out of my medicine before that. A bunch of con artists. First off they do NOT open phone during their "open hours". Phone line opens at 9 am. Second off these people will toss you back and forth between calling the office and sending a message in the portal back when you try to cancel appointments until its too late and then charge you a missed appointment fee. I tried to cancel an appointnent with these people for THREE WEEKS because I was having SURGERY. My experience, Srinivas Chilakamarri is an absolute PRICK! My daughter finally looked for help, and was scheduled an appt last week. She never got a link to call (evidently it had gone to her spam mail, though all other correspondence was via txt), so she called. Finally 30 minutes after being on hold and xfered, he canx'd/rescheduled her appt for this week. Beware! I like the Therapist however their staff is overwhelmed, had an emergency and had to go out of town. Friday I tried to call in to cancel my Tuesday appointment went through the prompts after 20 minutes of music I hung up. I called back on Monday and after another 20 minutes I got through finally and was told there would be a $75 charge which is more than my co pay is I paid it but will not return due to the staff.
