My psychiatrist has gone above and beyond to provide the medication I need. He saw me before my official first appointment because one of my prescriptions had run out. He is efficient, personable, and answers my questions. I really appreciate the excellent care I'm receiving.

I have been seeing a few providers at lifestance or over a year. I have used lifestance for several services over the past year, and All providers I’ve seen and continue to see are great. That being said, I have never canceled an appointment. However, I have had several appointments canceled of mine, by them, for various reasons (which is completely okay. Things come up. I've been to a few psychiatrists and this has been the best experience so far! Stacy is so helpful and caring, I know psychiatrists don't generally offer advice but she genuinely cared and helped me. Thank you!

My experience with this office has been absolutely miserable. So much confusion, horrible processes and procedures, inconsistencies, rude people etc etc. I asked to speak to a manager one called me back almost a month later. I opened the fridge in the lobby to grab a water after I waited forever for my appointment and it was the most disgusting thing ever. Why have an old gross empty moldy fridge in the lobby? my booking experience? never an issue. I've been seeing a therapist for over a year and we book 2 appointments out so I can ensure I get the time slot needed. all good.
