Had to update my past 5 star review: I have been going to this office for over 10 years. Way before it was Lifestance and to be honest the only reason I stay is because of Dr. Rodriguez! He has been great treating this combat vet for so long. However, that is the only reason I stay. The office and especially the office manager, who I am still waiting to hear from for almost a week now are horrible and seem to forget that work at a Psychiatrist office. My therapist, Allison Stuart, has been very helpful easing my chronic depression with her cognitive therapy. This has been much more helpful than the strictly medication management treatment I had been receiving for over 20 years My medication management therapist, Patricia Brown-Gordon, has helped me enjoy 8-10 hours of restful sleep, with enjoyable dreams every night, to which I look forward. As for the depression medication, I don't think it has been of much help.
Dr Balaguer is an excellent Dr. I have been going to him for many years. I highly recommend him and his team. Everyone is always so pleasant and very helpful. Even when I called to make the appointment the person who booked the appointment was lovely. And now that he is with LifeStance it just makes it that much more convenient. I was able to pay my co pay online the day before so I didn’t have to worry about it the day of my appointment.
